Located on the 19th floor, this condo offers a 180 degree view of downtown Denver and the beautiful Rocky Mountains. With 1 King bed and 2 Queens, your group will surely enjoy a comfortable night sleep.

Located in the Windsor building, this condo is 1 block away from 16th street mall and a couple short blocks to Union Station. Though it's location does not require a car, it does have 1 assigned space in the garage for those who bring one. The building a refurnished gym, filled with brand new equipment.

Also included is 1 assigned parking space in the buildings garage.

If your coming in to visit Denver's convention center, the condo is a short 1/2 mile walk away.

Wonderful Denver Weekend

Great weekend in Denver for two different concerts. We rented this unit for its location downtown. It did not disappoint. The view from the living room or downtown was stunning. There were six of us and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We also appreciated that the bathrooms had shampoo, lotion, body wash and hand soap. Having a dedicated parking space was also a very nice perk. When we checked in, it was quite hot in Denver. I attempted to close the blinds and noticed one set was broken. I contacted the owner, and he responded promptly and let us know that they were scheduled to be replaced. He answered all our questions. It was very nice to have such a responsive owner. The bedrooms also had fans which was a nice treat. Building management was lovely and very helpful also. Highly recommend for your travel to Denver.

Loved the Place

The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to all kinds of restaurants and parks as well as Union Station to take the train to the airport. The outdoor patio was wonderful and it's nice to have a workout room in the building.

Spacious and great location

My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The building was perfectly situated near my office in downtown Denver, and we had ample space to feel comfortable. The building front staff were welcoming and professional, and I had no issues receiving deliveries I had sent in advance of my stay.

Six grey hairs in Denver

Our group of 3 grey haired couples had a wonderful experience at this condo. Plenty of room as in huge and did I mention the view....19th floor overlooking Denver. Very close to Union Station with many restaurants and shops close by. We did notify the owner of a couple minor repairs needed but for the most part it was just perfect.

Great night away.

A group of us wanted a quick get away that would be close to everything. This place did not disappoint.
The place was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. With plenty of room that we all didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We had no problems getting in and out of the place and the owners through of everything we may need. I would definitely stay there again without a doubt. The location was walking distance from you name it.
Book this place if you can. You won’t be disappointed.
