Our single level two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located on Junction Creek and adjacent to the Colorado Trail head (literally 50 yards) and just 10 minutes to Historic downtown Durango and 35 minute (30 miles) to Purgatory Ski Resort. The property also features a beautiful pond surrounded by Pine trees which is the perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails (Note: The outdoor space is shared with the 1 bedroom apartment next door).

Enjoy an alpine setting with room to roam, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience. The apartment features AC units in the Living space as well as both bedrooms as well as WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, cable TV and a washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided). Note stairs are required as the apartment is on the 2nd floor.

The apartment is NOT pet friendly, please do not bring pets.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
