Enjoy the Moab outdoors in our spacious 3 bedroom (plus loft), and 2.5 bathroom townhome. Conveniently located just 6 minutes from downtown Moab, this pet-friendly getaway offers ideal all-season access to all of the area activities.
This fully-modern and like-new residence features a fully-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, dining room and enclosed patio with gas grill. The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground.
The residence offers a two-car garage for parking and bike storage, and there is plenty of off street parking for trailers etc.

PETS: If you are traveling with a pet there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet! Pets are NOT ALLOWED on beds and furniture and they can NOT be left unattended to roam through the unit. If you are planning to leave them while you're out for the day, proper crating is required. Please plan ahead! As a confirmed guest, and by allowing your dog on the property, you agree to be FULLY FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by your pet. Extra cleaning fees will be charged if there is excessive dog hair and/or dog waste left by guests.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Jeep Week).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Stayed for a month
Lots of space except for the kitchen. No pantry? Good location in development away from the street. Could not hear neighbors through the walls so nice and private.

Fantastic accommodations

Just south of town, the house is conveniently located near town and trails/activities. We absolutely loved the pet friendly house and housing area! The house is as described and was wonderful! Customer service was excellent! We initially planned on arriving I last year but 2020 had other plans. Premier was great about rescheduling not only once but twice! Very clean and super cute :). Definitely no complaints & planning to return for Jeep Safari and Quesadilla Mobilla!

Great Home Base for Moab
Had a great time. The place was clean and had everything the 5 of us needed. Needs a salt shaker, though there was salt in a bigger container. Check in and out was seamless with the garage code.

Was everything we needed for 3 adults and 4 kiddos . Could use a new basketball and a needle to pump it up , off the top of my head .
The Tv wouldn’t turn off with the 5 remotes they have , mayb operator error lol.

Nice property
Spacious condo in a quiet south Moab complex. Good furnishings, nice garage, and patio. Directions were a bit confusing, and the entry code was not clear. The owner was very helpful with mailing clothing that we forgot in a drawer. Very pleasant experience overall!

Rim Vista Village - Top Notch!

Unit 2A6 was a Perfect spot for a family of 5. HS & college kids used the bedrooms upstairs, while parents had their own master suite downstairs. Nice to have 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Great having laundry in the unit. Most amazing were the stars. Being 5 minutes from downtown allows you to sit on your patio & view the galaxy! Great location too. It’s between LaSal mountains & downtown Moab & a short drive to all the parks.

Beautiful Condo
My family had a great time staying at Rim Vista Village! It was clean and lovely, well equipped with everything needed for living there for a few days. It’s close to Arches and Canyonlands National Park. A really nice and comfortable place for vacation!

I’m sorry I forgot to review this vacation rental we stayed there in March with our extended family it was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! The accommodations fit our six person family plus our parents! Everything was clean and amazing when we arrived. There is room for all of us including the kids. The outside patio was awesome and included a barbecue plus there was a hot tub! We had so much fun- once we arrived they texted us the garage code no one ever hassled us. It was literally the best rental we ever had and we plan to go back year after year!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo worked out well for us. Getting into the unit was easy and we thought the instructions were well communicated.
We loved the extra parking in the garage as well as out on the street for trailers, etc. The new, second pool really alleviated crowding in the first one. We thought the kitchen was well equipped, loved having the grill outside, beds were comfortable and even loved that all of the light switches were labeled!

Rim Vista Relaxation
The condo we stayed at in Moab was wonderful. The place was very clean and had all the necessities for an enjoyable vacation. It was nice to gather by the fireplace at night and reminisce about the adventures of the day. The instructions for check in/out were very clear and made arriving and leaving a breeze.
