Step out onto the deck and take in the warm sun while enjoying your favorite evening or morning libation.

The spacious open floor plan on the main level is the perfect gathering space to prepare a meal together and enjoy each others company. The kitchen features upgraded appliances, plenty of counter space and ample kitchen equipment. Relax at the dining table taking in the views. At the end of the day curl up in the living area next to the wood stove or head down to the theater room to enjoy your favorite movie on the 70-inch Smart TV and Blue Ray disc player.

The primary ensuite bedroom, located on the third floor, invites guests to the light and bright upstairs sitting space outside of the bedroom and the spacious sleeping space with a Queen bed and half bathroom. The full bathroom is located just down the stairs on the second floor main level. The second bedroom, located on the first floor features a Queen bed and full bathroom just around the corner. The third bedroom, located on the first floor, features a Twin bunk bed, perfect for the children in your group.

A stackable washer and dryer is provided in the lower level full bathroom.

In the spring, summer & fall visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding and fishing. Don't miss the summer music series in Ridgway's Hartwell Park, every Thursday evening during the month of July! In the winter months bring your snowshoes or Nordic skis and enjoy Top of the Pines outdoor recreation area, just a short 1/2 mile drive from your vacation home. For a more adventurous winter activity, downhill skiing at Telluride Ski Resort is a scenic 60-minute drive from Ridgway! Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours from the time of booking. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival, forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
