Make sure to bring your pup, as this property is pet friendly and has a great fenced yard!

This home is in a prime location for all seasons and has everything you need including boutique and antique shopping, a cute downtown area, and numerous grocery stores nearby! In the spring and summer enjoy plenty of sunshine while you fly fish, kayak, hike, bike, or jeep! In the autumn the changing colors of the aspen, oak, and cottonwood trees are spectacular. Montrose’s beautiful River Walk along the Uncompahgre River will surely be a favorite spot and is just minutes away. Montrose is renowned for its beautiful golf courses, one of which, the Black Canyon Golf Course, is within walking distance of the home. A historic drive-in, the Star, is close by, and offers a genuine drive-in experience during the warmer months. Local wineries, such as the Mountain View Winery, offer tasting events and tours. Guests can get in a good workout, take a swim, or try rock climbing at the beautiful Montrose Recreation Center located just 5 minutes away. Montrose is also a prime destination for hunters, being centrally located to many great hunting units. In the winter, bring your snowshoes, climbing gear, or skis, because this home is within easy driving distance to Ouray, Crested Butte, Telluride, Durango, Purgatory Ski Area, Powderhorn Mountain, and Monarch Pass. Other close by natural features are the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, the Gunnison River, Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa, Blue Mesa Reservoir, and multiple national parks.

The home is dog friendly (2 dog max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
