The Copper Bungalow at Purgatory Townhomes (#110) is in a great location to walk to Ski Lift and Main Plaza at Purgatory Resort - studio with ski locker, copper fireplace and deck with views. The kitchen has a full-size oven/range and refrigerator. The balcony which is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing after a day of hiking, biking or skiing. There is a cozy freestanding wood stove. The full bath has a tub/shower combo and spacious vanity area. There is a ski locker on the main level and a private (gear) closet in the hall just outside of the front door of the condo. There is an interior hallway that leads to the private entrance of the home.

PURGATORY SKI MOUNTAIN LOCATION: This condo is located at Purgatory Ski Resort in the San Juan Mountains. Purgatory is 25 minutes north of downtown Durango and is known as a family-friendly ski resort. It has 105 trails, including 5 terrain parks, over 1,500 skiable acres and 12 lift. The resort boasts an average annual snowfall of 260 inches. Purgatory Resort offers a variety of activities and amenities that cater to families, including ski lessons, childcare and a variety of restaurants. It is a more affordable option that some of the other ski resorts in Colorado, has a good mix of terrain for all ability levels, and stunning views. If you're looking for a resort that offers something for everyone, staying at this condo at Purgatory is a great option!

SUMMER AT PURGATORY: Purgatory boasts a bike park accessible by chair lift, an alpine slide, mountain coaster, and treasure panning. There are also hiking trails, jeep tours, and watercraft rentals on Twilight Lake. Purgatory hosts various events throughout the summer, such as live music concerts, festivals and bike races.

Due to HOA rules, the condo (and all condos in the building) is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
