Our beautiful 2,700 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located in the Fort Grounds, Coeur d'Alene's historic lakefront neighborhood. This home is situated within a block of City Beach and directly across the street from City Park. An easy five minute walk takes you to all that downtown Coeur d’Alene has to offer: beautiful beaches and parks, restaurants, shopping, wine tasting, the famous Coeur d’Alene Resort, and Tubbs Hill.

This craftsman house has two stories with sleeping accommodations on both levels. The main floor is equipped with a gourmet kitchen with eating space in both the kitchen and dining room. The living room offers comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace with a flat screen TV. Next to the living room is a bedroom with French doors with a queen bed that is perfect for a children's playroom or bedroom. There are two additional bedrooms on the main level, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room. There are multiple outdoor living spaces that offer filtered views of the lake.

On the upper level of the home there is a bedroom with a king bed and a living area with two twin beds. The living area has a sliding door out to a rooftop deck-perfect for a morning cup of coffee! The upstairs has a ¾ bathroom with a shower as well as a stacking washer and dryer.

This home's location provides ideal access to City Park which is ideal for the special events like the Iron Man competition, Schweitzer Ski Resort, and various area mountain biking and hiking trails.

Guests have access to four off street parking spaces.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
