Our 1,400 sq. foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is located 11 miles (less then 15 minutes) north of downtown and 14 miles (15 minutes) south of Purgatory Ski area. This best-of-both worlds location offers privacy with excellent proximity to the area’s premier amenities and spectacular views of the Animas valley and the red cliffs that are so iconic to the reasons many are drawn to Durango. Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Durango Hot Springs are 4 miles from the residence, and there are close-by restaurants, two other nearby golf courses, and a grocery stores.
The residence backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There is outdoor living space both in front of the townhome and off the main living space. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as WIFI, parking, washer/dryer, wood burning fireplace (Firewood provided), grill fully stocked kitchen and linens/towels. Each bedroom features a TV (Streaming only) and the TV in the Main Living Space has both Cable and streaming. Each of the bedrooms have a portable AC Unit for those few days of summer when opening the windows at night is not quite enough to cool the townhome down.

Master Bedroom - King Bed (Main Floor)
2nd Bedroom - King Bed (2nd Floor)
3rd Bedroom - Two bunk Beds (2nd Floor, single over single & single over double)
The home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets or emotional support animals.
There is no parking for RVs, Trailers, Boats, etc at Pine Acres - Please do not book this property if you have a trailer etc.
Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied.
