Ideal location for a skiing trip!
Our fully renovated, modern 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom adobe home, located a mere 10 minute walk to the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, is central to everything Santa Fe has to offer. From arts and culture, to one-of-a-kind dining experiences and iconic desert landscapes, this home is the perfect all-season Santa Fe getaway.
Our home is steeped in southwest style featuring a Kiva-style fireplace in the main living space, modern updates and finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, air conditioning, new furnishings throughout, Restoration Hardware bedding, and beautifully refinished hardwood floors. All three bedrooms and living area are equipped with flat screen TV’s with full cable. The home easily accommodates multiple families with two master bedroom configurations on each level. This home's featured gems include a Pueblo-style outdoor fireplace (winter only) and outdoor dining area. Recently upgraded to solar power in 2021, this home is environmentally friendly as well as luxurious!
This home's location provides ideal access to the Santa Fe Opera, Santa Fe Ski Resort, the Railyard Arts District, Canyon Road, and various area mountain biking and hiking trails.
Bed Configuration:
Master En Suite - King Bed (Main Floor)
**2nd Master Suite - King Bed / Private Bath / Kitchenette / Private Entrance (Lower Floor).
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Floor)
Main Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa
**Please note that there are stairs required to access this lower level bedroom and that they are narrow. Alternatively, guests can use the private outside entrance if they prefer not to use the staircase.
Guests have access to a one car garage perfect for storing bikes, a covered carport, and additional off street parking. There is also a Tesla charger and 220V car charger available for guest use.
The home is dog friendly (1 dog max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Perfect House
We meet our two adult children and their significant others for a visit in Santa Fe. This house fit our needs perfectly. The lower master suite was perfect for my husband and I, giving us our own space and leaving the upstairs to the kids. The patio was amazing! Santa Fe Vacation

Wonderful stay Aug/Sept 2021...
We stayed here for 3 weeks There were three couples for half the time and two couples the other half.. The property and location is great. Quiet location but minutes from downtown Santa Fe. Space was very good for 6 adults and accommodations were perfect. The House That Had It All - OLE!
Difficult to plan a European getaway with Covid restrictions so my California and New York friends and I settled on Santa Fe. Renting this house gave us three the chance to be alone ... to be together ... we utilized every inch of this fabulous, comfortable, perfectly located house. We had our AM coffee on the porch - our PM wine in the back patio - had breakfast in the kitchen - sat to make our day's plan in the living room. It really was a 10 minute walk to the plaza. The location even gave us the chance some days to walk "home" for lunch and take a break before heading back out for a gallery/museum/dinner plan. It was everything the site said it was! Perfect Home for a weekend or a month
We rented for a month in the Summer with our two dogs and two kids. The layout, amenities, and location were all perfect. We rent homes a few times a year in multiple locations and this is our second time to Santa Fe. This was the best in Santa Fe and our best home we have ever rented.
Pros:
- Layout - Two big rooms upstairs and a separate master downstairs with kitchenette. Massive outside patio with fireplace that was all fenced for the dogs.
- Kitchen - Professional Grade and easy to get around. We cooked at home about 75% of the time we were there.
- Neighborhood - very quiet and not tourist feel at all but less than 5 blocks to downtown - I actually rented an office for the month and walked to work every day.
- AC - We were there in the middle of a heat wave and had no problem with the AC keeping up for the few days we had to use it.
- Wi-Fi and TV - perfect coverage and very fast WiFi. The TVs and the options on cable were top notch - we could also log into the TV with our Netflix accounts.
- Dogs - the owner is a dog person and it was perfect for our pups. Dog door and fenced backyard.

Awesome in every way!
This home has an amazing location - we walked in to the Plaza for our meals and shopping regularly and took numerous mountain and road bike rides right out the front door. Big lot that feels private and has amazing outdoor living space, and beautiful interior spaces as well. They're adding a third master suite now and I can't wait to see it, as we'll be able to bring more guests! I can't recommend this property to future guests highly enough. Spectacular home in the perfect Santa Fe location
This house was the ultimate location for our weekend getaway in Santa Fe.
Located an easy 10-minute walk from the Plaza and Canyon Road and a five-minute drive from amazing hiking this house couldn't be in a better location.
The house has everything one would expect in a Santa Fe dream rental with a huge patio/terrace with an outdoor fireplace to large comfy beds, a gourmet kitchen and a cozy living room with an indoor fireplace.
This house has the perfect balance of luxury combined with functionality and comfort. Perfectly Cozy, Charming and Located Rental

Great Place!

Stylish home close to everything!
The home was perfect for our stay! Updated and stylish- the decor and amenities are spot on! The beds are SO COMFORTABLE! Even more comfortable than my bed at home. Close enough to get to wherever we needed to go- just a few blocks from the downtown area where we founds tons of great restaurants and spots to eat, drink and site see! Thank you for hosting us! Great Location—Comfortable House
This house is right near everything! You’re not more than a few minutes from the historic plaza and capitol area. Minutes from Canyon Road. The house is great for two couples or a small family. Great outdoor space. Nice kitchen to eat at home sometimes.Lisa M. from Fitchburg - Posted: 10/3/2019

Wonderful 3 week stay, close to historic downtown
Just finished 3 weeks visit, our first time to Santa Fe.
Our rental was fantastic. Everything newly renovated. The pictures on the site are very accurate. Kitchen and baths were fantastic. Outside patio was wonderful for dining and just reading a book in the afternoon.
The only minor issue we had was the house has no A/C nor Swamp Cooler. Most days, even in August, was not a problem but we did have a few days above normal temps for Santa Fe. That said, we would still recommend this house for its location and overall excellent condition.
The Rental Group was great and obviously wanted us to have a great vacation.
If this will be your first time to Santa Fe, a couple suggestions beyond the historic downtown areas: Tesuque Market is 5.5 miles north of the house: very good out of the way restaurant for lunch, also visit incredible gallery next door and Tesuque Glass Works approx 1 mile before the Market. If you like to play the slots, definitely go to Santa Ana Casino in Bernalillo and definitely have lunch at the Range Cafe. Great local food. Worth the drive! If you want exercise, Marcy Park/Rec Ctr is just a couple of blocks away and really nice. An even bigger facility is Genoveva Sanchez Rec Ctr - huge and very nice. We found Los Alamos disappointing, but Bob's BBQ was fantastic. Try Bandelier for a nice day trip and see the Cliff Dwellers. Stylish Oasis in the heart of Santa Fe!
