Carriage House rental

We had a nice stay at the Carriage House. Just steps away from Cheesman Park, where we were showing at the art show. The place was neatly decorated and clean. Nicely condensed apt. Lots of windows (5), giving an airy feeling. Only issued we had was operating the TV to get regular channels. Bryon (owner) came right away, worked on the issue and everything was solved within 15 minutes. YAY! I would stay here again.

A lovely stay

A nice, tidy and well stocked above-the-garage apartment. Great location near Cheesman Park and couple of great coffee shops. Super quiet. Nice bed for good sleeping.

Great stay in Denver

We were very happy with this rental. It is small but it was perfect for two people, very clean and attractively decorated and had all the amenities we needed. It's in a great neighborhood, an easy walk to Cheesman Park, which has a beautiful walking/running trail, and the Botanical Gardens. There are lots of restaurants and a few microbreweries within walking distance (we are big walkers). We particularly enjoyed Jelly for breakfast, Blue Pan Pizza for delicious Detroit style pizza, and the Wild Corgi Pub for drinks.

Great space near Cheesman Park. Interior Stairs to deal with.

Great place and sleep was quiet and restful .
Just note that you will need to carry your bag up a set of stairs

Perfectly quaint

This lovely, quaint garage apartment was perfect for visiting family who live nearby. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed with laundry and full kitchen. The on-site parking spot was one of the best perksm a street parking is at a premium. This property is in a very walkable neighborhood with the Denver Botanic Garden, Cheesman Park, bars, and restaurants within a couple block radius.

Petite Suite in a Great Location!

I was in Denver to visit my daughter for a few days and this unit-above-garage was exactly what I was looking for. Perfectly sized for 1 or 2, modern kitchen, remodeled bathroom, comfortable queen bed, offstreet parking, all in a quiet location next to Cheeseman Park. I had one issue with the showerhead which was fixed immediately, thanks to very attentive owner. I loved doing my daily walk in Cheeseman Park which is less than one block away. This will definitely be our go-to place in the future when visiting Denver!

Wonderful location for a quick stay in Denver.

This cute little Carriage House was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was easy to navigate. Worked well for us.

Amazing Location!

My wife and I visited Denver for work and fun. We found the carriage house to be perfect for both. With its close proximity to the Botanic Gardens, Zoo, and the incredibly huge Cheeseman Park, it was the perfect place to experience some iconic Denver landmarks. Redrock Amphitheater was only a 20 minute drive, and there tons of great restaurants and stores in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Very conveniently located for our needs. Near National Jewish Health and many things to do. The Botanical Garden was awesome! We had everything we needed during our stay, and our hosts were very responsive.

Just about perfect!

Cute carriage house that is 1/2 block from Cheeseman great location. The neighborhood is very quite and I felt safe my entire stay.

Perfect stay for two

Had a wonderful time staying at the beautiful carriage house near Cheesman Park. This spot is truly steps away from the park and is such a wonderful place to stay for those traveling solo or as a couple. The studio was extremely clean, comfortable, quiet and truly just lovely. There is a wonderful sized kitchen for cooking and a small dining table. The couch is extremely comfortable for hanging out and watching tv and the property provided free wifi. Overall I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend staying here to others!
