• Traveling with a group and need a little more space? We also manage the home next door (same layout and amenities) - please reach out for information!
• Oversized garage parking for vehicles, UTV's and some trailers - 108" clearance, 280" wide, 24' 6" deep
• Driveway parking for extra vehicles and nearby parking available for large trailers and oversized vehicles
• We are pet friendly! One small pet (30 pounds and under) is allowed for $40/night, maximum of $250 per stay. Please let us know upon booking if you plan to bring a dog. No cats allowed.
• The Lionsback Resort Community is currently being developed and so guests may see and hear construction activities during their stay. Construction working hours are limited and will not impact your evening enjoyment of the area.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
