Built by one of Denver's most influential builders—responsible for the city's iconic Union Station—this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home combines cozy historic charm with eclectic furnishings and modern conveniences. With multiple workstations, a private home gym, and unique character throughout, this home is perfect for both leisure and extended work-from-home stays.

• Pets are not permitted at this property

• Evaporative cooler keeps the home comfortable in summer; 2 portable AC units & fans provided for supplemental cooling. Colorado nights cool naturally into the 60s—open windows at night and close in the morning to keep temps pleasant.

• Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, yard work, and plant care. Plant care is scheduled for Fridays to care for several live plants (around 12:15). They will ring the doorbell before entering.

• Jets in bathtub are not operational

• For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

• The kitchen is on the lower level, and access to the backyard is through the main bedroom

• This unique home comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Including multiple workstations (monitors included) and a private home gym, it makes for a perfect work-from-home environment. The house has an evaporative cooler for use in the warm summer months (not central air).

Great house in great location

A friend and I booked this rental for a "girls getaway" to see a performance at Red Rocks. Great location! We felt very safe in the neighborhood; we enjoyed patronizing the local stores and restaurants within walking distance; and loved that our trip to Red Rocks was less than a half hour. We also appreciated the unique layout and decor of the house. It is a charming place to stay and we would definitely book it again!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It has loads of boho chic--gorgeous art, interesting antiques, beaded curtains, colorful rugs, tons of pillows, etc. The location is wonderful--super close to great cafes and restaurants and to the Pearl St, market held on Sundays.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house filled with lots of interesting things. Spotless.
Easy walk to S Pearl where there are lots of places to eat and drink. Easy 2-5 minute walk to lite rail station and quick ride to Union station.

Stay in Denver

The house is in a great neighborhood, and the decoration style is eclectic and funky (in a good way!) It was a bit cluttered for my taste. Loved having a full kitchen and two full baths. The jets in the upstairs bathtub didn't seem to work, but that could have been user error. Overall very comfortable and a nice place to stay during our Denver vacation!

Top Location

We stayed for a week and felt very comfortable. It was clean and comfortable. The location is great, only 10 minutes by car to downtown and the quiet location with small restaurants and parks nearby is perfect for us.
The small and very nice, clean garden behind the house invites you to linger.
We didn't use the fitness room in the garage, but it seems to be well equipped for sporty people.
The house offers a lot of seating for many people, there is an armchair or stool everywhere. Unfortunately, there is no dining table, which we missed. We could only use the bar to enjoy our breakfast. The second desk with the monitor could have been removed and space for a dining table could have been made instead.
The heating worked well and reached the desired temperature relatively quickly. However, we had to reduce it at night because it was clearly audible.
The service from VRC was always good during our stay and questions were answered quickly. The big bed was a dream and the many plants made it seem very cozy!
In short, we would book again anytime!

Perfect accomodation for a stay in Dener

We were absolutely delighted with this accommodation. Starting with the very tasteful furnishings, the perfect location and the smooth handling. The accommodation was extremely well maintained and clean and looks even better than in the pictures. There are several recommended restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance in the very well-kept neighborhood. We recommend the accommodation for responsible adults who appreciate sophisticated and tasteful accommodation.

Very cute house!

Beautiful, unique home! Loved the plants so much! The plants added a sense of home, which you don't often get when you're staying in a vacation rental. Many feel boring and stale, but not this one. Very close to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. The neighborhood was quiet and great for evening walks.

What a great bohemian designed stay!

This was was incredible! So well designed and furnished, we never wanted to leave. The location was perfect! The farmers market, which was right around the corner, was fabulous! Coffee shops, shopping nearby and a quite safe neighborhood. Can't wait to go back!
