• Garage parking for one vehicle, plus convenient street parking available. Be aware of street sweeping schedule to avoid a ticket.

• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
