• Guests have access to the entire home except the basement

• This is an older home with unique character and features.

• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.

• Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.

• Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery.

• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.

Conveniently Located Historic Home
This home is in a fantastic location—right in the Baker District and just minutes from downtown Denver. It’s an easy walk to Broadway, where you'll find great restaurants, coffee shops, and donut spots. The house is ideal for multiple families and pet-friendly, with a spacious front and backyard. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!
