This stylish home is beautiful inside and out, with a hand-painted mural on the side of the house, painted by a renowned local artist, exposed brick, and incredible finishes throughout the interior. Walking distance to RiNo, where you'll find tons of great shops, art, and restaurants, and close to tons of great Denver attractions like the Denver Zoo, Botanic Gardens, and Coors Field. Easy access to highways to get you anywhere in Denver or to the Mountains. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen.

Bed Configuration:

Main Bedroom - King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom and walk in closet (Upper Level)

2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Level)

Second Full Bathroom (Main Level)

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

No pets are allowed at this property.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Amazing Updated home centrally located

The home is so cozy and an incredible updated kitchen. I really enjoyed the easy parking and fully stocked kitchen, had everything you could ever need. The home was centrally located, we had many friends over to grill in the back yard and head out after. I would look forward to renting this unit again if I had the chance to!

Perfect place to stay near RiNo!

Wonderful time with my family! Perfect for 2 couples, plenty of space and plenty of place to hole up for some alone time. Just as beautiful as the pictures and safe walking neighborhood.

Modern rental near RiNo

We chose this vacation rental because of the close proximity to our neice's house ( practically actoss the street) Everything about it was perfect- location, parking, modern accomodations and a responsive host. If you want to stay in a modern well- maintained propety near five points and close to RiNo this is the place for you. I will definitely be back.

Comfy & Convenient Stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this cute comfy house. We found everything very clean and well-maintained. The complimentary personal supplies were more than adequate and the kitchen contained anything you would need.
Plenty of street parking and convenient location to various attractions.
The king size bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and I have a bad back!
Will definitely stay here on future trips to Denver.
Can’t vouch for the patio, the time of year didn’t allow us to attempt to use it.

Just right for 4

This was our first time to Denver and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. It was convenient to transportation and there was plenty of street parking.

4 adults spent 6 nights. Beds were comfortable and other furniture was too. Be aware, coffee make is a 4 cup model so we did end up making several.pots each morning. :)

Would stay here again and recommend to others.
