• We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

• No air conditioning, but the home remains comfortable with natural breezes and fans are always available.

• As we're in bear country, please help keep everyone safe: don't leave food or trash outside, and always supervise children when outdoors

• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.

• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
