The kitchen includes a full array of appliances, plus ample dinnerware, cookware and utensils. Outside the front entry is a balcony with chairs and firewood. Two flights of stairs lead up to this condo.

Hillcrest Golf Club is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College.
