New Pet Friendly Award Winning Condo - 10 Minute walk to downtown Durango

We spent a week here with our two adult sons to visit our daughter who lives close. The place is modern and clean with everything you need for cooking (even grilling outside). Parking is easy. The location is wonderful ... a 3-minute walk to the trail along the river and to the trolley stop on Main Ave to downtown. Lots of great restaurants in Durango (Fridas is close by.) We went to Mesa Verde and Ouray during our stay ... worth the trip! And yes, the host is responsive ... we had a few questions.

Yes to this place! There was plenty of space for the 7 that ended up staying here. The beds are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with almost every utensil and pan you might need to cook. The lights were a little tricky to figure out at first but the smart home features were a cool surprise. The management company is professional and quick to respond to any inquiries.
While "walking" distance from downtown, not ideal along the highway. The trolley is convenient and cheap ($1) although doesn't run past 10pm. We came for Snowdown and found ourselves walking home after the trolley stopped running. It does get a little noisy along the highway but there are white noise machines in the rooms. It didn't bother me but not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

Condo was clean and in great shape. Plenty of clean towels, dishes, ect. Traffic noise is a problem, especially in the morning. Was further away from downtown than we expected, making it more of a process to enjoy libations in the downtown area. Overall the condo delivered, we felt safe and comfortable.

We were a family of 6 with a medium sized dog and we had plenty of space and were very comfortable here. Condo is nicely furnished, clean and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It was perfect for our ski vacation on the road from Durango up to Purgatory and about 10-15 mins walk (depending on how fast you walk) from all the action of Main Street. It's also on the trolley route if you prefer not to walk.

Well stocked kitchen for cooking 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts

We love this vacation rental! It is very clean and new, has comfortable beds and plenty of room for our group of 6. The kitchen is well stocked, which is great for making meals at home. It is located in town, close to everything and just a 30 minute drive to Purgatory. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed a month in May 2020 and had a fabulous time. The apartment is outstanding, the beds are great, everything worked perfectly. There is traffic noise but we got used to it quickly and it died down at night and they have white noise machines in the bedrooms if you need them. The weather was hot and the AC worked great. So convenient to walk across the street to the river trail. The owner was very responsive the couple of times we needed assistance.

This place was perfect for our family of four. It's is perfectly outfitted for an enjoyable stay. It is close to the downtown area with restaurants and shops. Beds are comfy and the water pressure good. Despite being close to the main thoroughfare, we slept soundly. We would definitely stay here again.

3 generations under one roof...and we all lived to tell the tale! Grandparents had the master, my sister and her daughter shared the other bedroom, and my nephew and I shared the bunkbed room. Very clean, location close to dining, shopping, and Fort Lewis college. Great kitchen and very comfortable living room. Loved it! Close to a main road, so a bit noisy at night, but a white noise app on my phone took care of that easy.

Vacation rental was fully equipped. Kept very clean. Manager was very helpful. Close to downtown and only 30 minutes to Purgatory. Rental property is located on a busy street so this property has a lot of traffic noise. Did not bother me at all though. I will gladly rent this property again!

This was a great place for five guys in their 50s to gather and explore Durango. We were able to walk into town to check out brewpubs and restaurants, and had a great location from which to start our hikes and bike rides. Evenings were comfortable and we had a great time hanging out in the living room.

Four adults stayed at the condo over Louisa's Electronics store on Main Avenue for four nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this beautiful, new, immaculately maintained and well located property. The location allowed us to walk into the center of town using the lovely Animas River trail and we also used the trolley. We hosted dinner for friends and family here and found that the kitchen was very well equipped for our party of 11 people. We highly recommend this condo to any Durango visitors!

We (two couples, two toddlers) rented this house for our family vacation to visit friends in Durango and it was PERFECT! All of the linens and towels were new, clean and high quality. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, plates, pots, pans,etc...there were also plenty of kid friendly dishes and utensils! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The location is great too! It does sit on the corner of a busy street and it definitely gets noisy sometimes, but the sound machines in the bedrooms took care of that issue. The owner was great and very welcoming. We highly recommend this house to anyone, especially families, and will definitely be back!!

We were very pleased with this property. As soon as we opened the door of the property we could smell the fresh, new carpet leading us to our apartment. Everything was super clean and had all the new bells and whistles that make for a pleasant stay. The street traffic was a bit loud the first night of our stay but there are noise cancellation machines in each bedroom. This is a great place to stay!

The condo was perfect for our needs. 3 couples and 2 small children. We were a little frightened of the white furniture with a 5 and 1 year old but, any sticky finger residue was easily wiped clean. The rooms were bigger than anticipated. The kitchen was well stocked. Short walk into downtown and lots of good places to eat close by. We enjoyed Doughworks twice! We went rafting and Mild to Wild was a short 5 minute drive. There is a park close by as well. The place was very clean and well taken care of. The bedding was delightful. The owner's were prompt with all questions and the business side of the transaction went smoothly. Would stay here again, for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was well furnished with all the cooking utensils...great dishes and glassware. Very clean and bright. Good access to the walking trail. The only negative is traffic noise at night...we downloaded sleep noise apps, but you should consider sound machines for the bedrooms. Thanks for putting together a lovely place to stay in Durango!
