Situated just north of Downtown, this house provides ideal access to everything Denver offers. Enjoy innovative coffeehouses and craft breweries, visit museums, and experience live music from all genres at independent music venues, or eat at beloved soul food and barbecue institutions. Located within a short walk to some of Denver's best attractions, including Coors Field (under 1 mile), several great Colorado breweries, such as Great Divide and Woods Boss, and all one-of-a-kind restaurant options in the River North neighborhood.

With 2 separate bedrooms, 4 people can comfortably stay in this beautifully updated home. The house has all the amenities necessary for a relaxing stay, including brand-new furnishings and kitchen appliances. If you are looking to cook a big meal, we have everything you need in our fully stocked if you find we are missing something, call, and we'll have it delivered the same day.

DELIGHTFUL!

Loved this updated, modernized VRBO... we went to visit my son and his GF so we had a car, but the neighborhood was lovely and restaurants and grocery stores were walkable. VRBO itself was extremely clean and very comfortable. Communication with management was amazing. We were super happy.

Loved the Location and the Patio

This place totally met our needs...easy access to downtown and Coors field. The 5 Points neighborhood and neighboring RiNo neighborhoods are fun to sample the Micro brews...Morning coffee on the patio was such a surprise. We loved the vintage home with so many modern, comfy touches.

Great rental in Five Points

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was good (walkable to a handful of breweries and restaurants), plentiful parking out front, comfortable beds and nice touches like many places to charge phones/laptops and a private patio for morning coffee.

Great Place to Stay

I would definitely recommend this place! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It's pretty small, but was perfect for what we needed. We weren't planning on spending a lot of time there. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we went, usually just under a mile. We had a great time!

Comfortable and convenient

This apartment has all that you'd need for a comfortable stay. Stylishly furnished with spacious common areas. Kitchen is well supplied for cooking. We looked forward to returning to the apartment at the end of each day. One morning we hung out because of an overnight snow fall and it was nice and cozy. But be aware that there's only one bathroom.
