Our group consisted of 6 adults and 5 children ages 2-10 years. Property description had described the property correctly yet the attic bedroom remains poorly cooled and a difficult place to sleep on summer nights.

Hot Tub that's actually hot, with a daily view of Elk herds in the below pasture. Perfection. We recommend at least 3 trips a day to the hot tub, with ample wine to stay hydrated.

The house was the perfect size for the seven of us. The views were fantastic with plenty of large windows and a huge deck. The amenities, hot tub included were all utilized during our stay. The location was far enough away from town to enjoy, yet close enough to drive within minutes. We loved seeing the wild life, deer, turkey etc. We also enjoyed the seeing the narrow gauge train that passes daily right in front of the property, that was a treat to see. Overall great stay would stay again and would recommend.

My husband and I stayed here with our four adult children, son-in-law, 11 month old granddaughter, and my mother. We all had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The description says the second downstairs bathroom is a half bath, but to our pleasant surprise it is actually a full bath. It is a tiny bathroom, but it does have a shower. The hot tub was not working while we were there, which we were highly disappointed about, but the management did everything they could to make it right and responded to any text very quickly. The house is in the perfect location for a true mountain getaway but still close to anything you want to do. We spent a day in Purgatory and a day in Mesa Verde and everything in between the two. The Durango Silverton train coming by several times a day was a true highlight. Even the baby started crawling toward the door when she heard the whistle. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day and had everything we needed. The only negative thing I would say is the upstairs is very hot leaving the little bonus room/closet unusable. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay again!

Very pleased with our stay in this beautiful property. Tremendous views...spent a good deal of time just enjoying the deck and the hot tub. The house is well equipped and was very clean. Our master bed was very comfortable. Lots of beach towels provided for spa, which had been freshly served and very clean. About ten minutes to downtown Durango, so location was excellent as far as we were concerned. We've been going to Durango each summer for the last few years and this VRBO will be our new first choice. Communication with management company is very efficient and responsive. Highly recommend

My first priority in finding a place is always a view and a nice outside area to enjoy in the evenings. This was by far the best spot I’ve ever found. We could not stop staring at this magnificent view as much as possible! You can’t see any of the neighbors so you feel totally in your own corner of the mountain. I love that it’s only 15 minutes to get into the town and the James ranch across the street is so great!

The beds were super comfortable and our son was soooo excited to find the “secret game room”! We had everything we could need in the kitchen and beyond! Everything was clean and cozy and we had the BEST time! Thank you sooooo much!!! Ps - communication was also A+++! I only had a couple questions and they answered within moments!!

The house at 250 lockes mountain rd. Was everything we had hoped for and Premier Vacation delivered great customer service. Gorgeous views, cozy living room with big stone hearth and fireplace, modern kitchen and wrap around deck. Close to James Ranch, local hikes and local high points.
