Description
Our 2,500 square foot residence was built in 2018 and features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is located just 3 miles from downtown Durango and 27 miles (30 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort.
This home is in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area and features amazing views to the north over the Animas Valley - yet is just minutes from downtown Durango. At an elevation of 7,000 feet, enjoy an alpine setting with exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience.
The house features central AC and high end finishes you would expect in a brand new custom home while the generously equipped gourmet kitchen features gas stove, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Please note that the 4th bedroom is located over the garage and is access via a separate entrance. AC was added to this bedroom in October 2023.
One parking spot is available in the garage (owner keep their car in the other space). There is also room to park two more cars in the driveway.

Master - King (TV) Main Level
2nd - Queen (TV) Main Level
3rd - Queen (TV) Main Level
4th - Queen and single Blow up mattress with pump - (Located over the garage via a separate entrance).
This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Bear Vacation
Wonderful home that was warm and welcoming. Very clean and most every amenity you would hope for. The property management was professional and answered out concerns immediately. Love this house
This is our second time staying here and plan to come back again. The new hot tub is a great addition as with the A/C in the bedroom over the garage. The views are beautiful and the house has everything we could want. Walking the neighborhood can be a workout, but there's some great trails up in the Spring Hill neighborhood next door. Another lovely stay in Durango
This was our second stay since February at 29 Timberline Drive. Such a comfortable home inside and out. Excellent location for all there is to do in and around Durango. During our short stay, we visited the Aztec Ruins, did the fabulous drive to Silverton and then to Ouray; spent a whirlwind day catching a photo op at Four Corners and then sprinting to Mesa Verde; one excellent day was spent shopping and eating downtown.
We also built in plenty of time to simply laze around; this is a great place to relax and unwind - the sunset views from the deck are the best. Spacious, well-appointed, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated yet delightfully cozy. The house was perfect for 7 adults and our seven month old grandson. Each bedroom had their own bathroom which was very nice. It had a fully stocked kitchen...we enjoyed cooking some of our meals. Best stay in Durango
Great location that is perfectly located to serve as home base for all there is to do in & around Durango. With incredible views, the spacious, immaculate home, is plenty generous for two families or more. Large, open concept living space with well-equipped modern kitchen and lovely living & dining space. The outside deck & hot tub are a real treat, especially at sunset. Most important when traveling, super comfortable beds & bedding and excellent shower & bath. Couple inquiries to property management were responded to quickly and the agents were friendly and knowledgeable.
Durango has been our favorite vacation destination for 35+ years; now our adult children are vacationing in Durango with their children. Delightful
It was a delightful place to stay, close to town, but with a rural feel. Great natural light. Room for our large family of nine and kitchen well-supplied for that large family.

Awesome property - spotless & close to town
This rental was awesome. It was the the most spotless vacation house I’ve ever rented and only a few miles from town which was extremely convenient. Kitchen was great with so many supplies that were in excellent shape. Beds were very comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. I was concerned that the bedroom over the garage was not air conditioned but it did work out because the nights were cool enough that it was comfortable for sleeping. And the view of the mountains from the living area and porch was unbelievable! Also the management company was very responsive and helpful. We tried many of the local restaurants- especially enjoyed Michel’s Corner Crepes and James Ranch. Good fishing nearby - also rode the Durango to Silverton Railroad which was awesome. Also rode bikes on the river trail and went to the hot springs nearby. I honestly can’t say one negative thing and would definitely rent again if ever back in the area! Loved our house!
This house is in a great location for Durango. Convenient to town or going north on 550. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfy, view from deck was awesome! Only one issue...the 4th bedroom above the garage was so hot, even w/fans, that we could not use it. This house came with air conditioning but not the garage apartment. We knew that when we rented the house. Wanted readers of this review to know in the heat of the summer there are only 3 bedrooms. Management team was awesome and always responded when we needed them. The House, The View, The perfect place
Several couples of old friends found this to be the perfect place to stay in Durango. Easy to find but still secluded we were on top of the area. Parking for our two cars was ample but May not be for more vehicles. The house provided great space for all and we had several memorable meals made in the beautiful kitchen which was spacious enough for several cooks. It was great to have nice grill to use and all appliances were clean and in good working order. Our only challenge was working the main tv but with so much to see and do in the area it was not important. The entry instructions were detailed and clear and the management company responded quickly to the one question we expressed. Jewel of a rental

Animas views
We were two couples and a dog. Spacious home, accommodates eight, ideal for six. Each room en suite. Lovely views from the porch, which only accommodated four. Beautifully furnished and equipped. Check-in by code. Had no need nor interaction with management during our stay. Since I am disabled, this was a wonderful find - all one floor in the mountains (we did not use the fourth bedroom located above the garage). This house accommodate eight, we had 4; 6 would be ideal. We had a wonderful two week stay in Durango. The views from this home are tough to beat, the house itself is well designed and impeccably clean. While we never needed management's assistance, they provided us with all of the information we needed for move-in and out timely making the stay quite easy. We will be booking again next summer.

A wonderful vacation and a beautiful home.
The house was immaculate, new, and met all of our needs. The homeowners did a great job with their home. The only minor issue we had, which was quickly resolved, was the internet service. The house is secluded but very close to downtown Durango. The close proximity allows a quick trip for meals or adventure. There is a lot of room to spread out, and the guest room upstairs is a bonus for those who seek a little more privacy. There are beautiful views of the Rockies from the back of the house. Beautiful Home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It's quite roomy, and cozy also. The view is absolutely gorgeous!
Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, which was great!
The home was issues at all. Premier Vacation Rentals Group immediately addressed a question we had about decorations for the holiday.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views
A relaxing family vacation in late July to escape the heat and humidity. Gorgeous views, comfy beds, lots of space, fully equipped kitchen. House had everything we needed and then some. Wow!!!
Perfect in every way! Starting with the super helpful & responsive management company, to the exceptionally clean, well furnished home, I could not have stayed in a better place. Close to town, yet private. The views...pure Colorado! The amazing master suite and additional bedrooms each with their own full bathrooms are perfect. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining & family room make this home perfect for entertaining. I wish I could have stayed longer. By far the best experience I've had in renting a home.
