4-bedroom, 2-bathroom historic home, located less than a block from Main Street, Ouray; the perfect spacious home base for your mountain getaway!
Step into the spacious living area and kitchen with open floor plan perfect for your family or group to gather and visit while preparing a meal together. A formal dining area with seating for 8 guests provides a great space for entertaining. The comfortable family room area invites guest to enjoy their favorite movie on the 65-inch flat-screen TV and an electric built-in fireplace.
Bed Configuration:
Primary Bedroom - King Bed - 2nd Floor
2nd Bedroom - King and Queen Beds - 2nd Floor
3rd Bedroom - King and Queen Beds - 2nd Floor
4th Bedroom - Full Bed - 1st Floor
Retreat into the spacious bedrooms, featuring a first floor full bed with the full bathroom located just around the corner. Upstairs guests will enjoy the comfort of AC units and the Primary bedroom features a King Bed. The second and third bedrooms feature a King and Queen bed in each room and a full bathroom located at the top of the stairs.
The washer and dryer are located on the second floor in the common area.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the propane grill and private yard, complete with outdoor table and seating.
The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). Please follow the Pet Policy.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
