Our single-level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect Moab getaway! It's conveniently located just 5 mins from downtown Moab. Its central location offers unparalleled access to all of the area amenities including Arches and Canyonlands National Park, 4x4 Trails, biking, hiking and more!
This fully modern, like-new home features a private hot tub, great outdoor living area, access to a community pool, and unbeatable views of Moab Rim! It's situated in a quiet residential neighborhood so you can avoid the noise and hustle and bustle of downtown.
The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the views!
The gas firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities! Relax after a long day of adventure, toast some smores or soak in the private hot tub. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!
Bring your pups and let them play safely in the fully fenced backyard. There is also a grassy front lawn and sidewalks throughout the neighborhood to walk your furry family members!
The residence offers access to a two-car garage for parking and bike storage. In addition to the garage access there is plenty of parking in the driveway and along the street for trailers, etc. There's also a full size ping pong table and corn hole set located in the garage. Challenge your kids or friends to a competitive round!
The bedrooms have luxury mattresses and linens and are thoughtfully decorated with your comfort in mind!
Our internet is FAST and will keep you connected when you need to work or study while on your trip. We also have two desks so you can easily set up your work station if you need to!

Great property
The home was spacious, comfortable and well stocked. We took advantage of the grill and hot tub in the private backyard. Having access to the garage was a nice perk. We enjoyed our time at this property while we visited Canyonlands, Arches and Dead Horse Point Park. The local breweries had good beer. Spitfire Smokehouse had great food. Great House & Great Location!
We loved staying at 3415 Tierra Norte for a long weekend in Moab. The views in all directions from the house were amazing! The house is located just south of downtown Moab and an easy drive to Arches National Park. The convenient location made it easy to shop and eat downtown. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the owner has though of everything for a vacation rental. They even included local fresh coffee beans and instructions on making the perfect cup of coffee. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Great Rental
This is a great rental. It was very well cared for and very clean - always my first set of criteria! It is in a convenient location in a walkable neighborhood. It had more than sufficient amenities and supplies for our stay. I cannot comment on the property manager because everything was in order and I didn't need to - that is always a positive in my book. Understated Gem
This house was a great option for a long weekend in Moab. The house had everything we needed including extra towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The yard was perfect for our dogs to get out and run around. And the hottub and firepit were great options for the chilly nights. Moab vacation escape

Beautiful Home Great Location
This house was beautiful and the perfect location for all we wanted to do in Moab. The back porch and yard were very nice even though we had hoped for some grass for our dog, understand the weather there is not so great for grass! Location was good for Canyon lands, Dead Horse Point, and Arches. There was a Hot tub and firepit available for guests even though we did not use them. Super clean!
The house was extremely clean and very good condition. Furnishings were nice, no damage. Well stocked kitchen, even had some basics like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. Hall bath is large enough for sharing. Beds are comfortable except for bunk bed; that is very hard.
We enjoyed the outdoor space with covered dining table and lovely views above the fence. Hot tub was clean. Large dog friendly yard.
Would stay here again.

ATV trip
House was nice. Water pressure was good in the showers. Parking was good for truck and trailer. Beds were comfortable. House was well stocked with kitchen pans and utensils. When we ran out of something that they supplied we just let them know and they dropped it off for us. They were quick to respond to requests. They gave us ideas on where to eat. Was nice to be able to sit in the back yard and have meals or recap the day around the fire pit. There is also a hot tub that looked nice but we didn’t use it. Oh and the pool was just up the street and looked nice also but again we didn’t have a chance to use it. Very comfortable house

Very nice
Overall, our experience was very pleasant. This is a nice rental home in an convenient place in Moab. House was well stocked, compared with other rental homes we stayed in. Also, loved the fact there are 2 different coffee machines - regular and K-cup varieties.

Nice visit

Great Home close to Arches and Downtown Moab!
We had a great stay at the Tierra Norte house! We have 4 guests and it was plenty of room! We were able to go back and forth from Arches and downtown and it was only about a 10 minute drive. Great Place to Stay. Clean, quiet and awesome
This is a nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Has all the amenities you would need. Short drive to downtown Moab. Would stay again. If you stay, make sure to bring your own coffee or K cups. They offered instant coffee, but instant is not for us.Dustin M. from Thornton - Posted: 5/9/2019

Lovely newer house in a quiet neighborhood
House was clean on arrival, everything was in working order, beds comfortable, easy to read instructions for check in and check out, wifi working, hot tub clean. Made for an enjoyable weekend. We were here for the Easter Jeep Safari weekend and the location next to the vendor expo was perfect for our group. It may have ruined us though, we usually camp and this was a game changer to have a house with bathrooms and all the amenities of home. just what we were looking for
The house worked great for our stay in Moab. Everything was clean and worked as expected. There was plenty of room to relax and to sort our gear. We travel light and used the washer dryer daily. Decent Location; Great Family House in Moab
All the amenities in house for a family gathering of 10. We had a great time, house a little south of town, but short drive. Very quiet neighborhood, great garage space for gear/bikes; Hot tub worked nicely after long hikes and bike rides. Thank you for the stay!Anonymous - Posted: 11/26/2018

Over all a great home!
The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable with great sheets and lots of pillows. The fenced in yard was smaller than expected but had a nice fire pit and a wonderful hot tub! I would only make a few suggestions: We cooked all of our meals in a very nice kitchen that could use more and larger pots and pans. We had to purchase our own toilet paper and trash bags as we quickly ran out and very little was provided. There were no drawers in the bedrooms so no way to unpack our suitcase.
