Nestled in the Redrocks | 3 Master Suites | HotTub

This property is an ideal location for enjoying Arches and Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse State Park, and the La Sal Mountains. The unit has beautiful views out every window and was just a five minute drive into "downtown" Moab.

All three bedrooms were good size, especially the master the the double queen room (both upstairs). The double queen room and downstairs bedroom also both had large walk-in closets, so it was easy to store our luggage and big coats out of the way.

The garage was large enough to fit my Palisade with a roof rack and kept my car warm despite the cold temperatures outside.

We saw cars in the other driveways of the property, but never heard a peep from our neighbors. Neighborhood was quiet, serene, and a great place to go for a morning or evening walk.

Heater in the unit worked well and kept us toasty. The fireplace in the living room also created nice heat. The first night, we discovered the spa was a bit cold (99 degrees), but we were able to adjust the temp and enjoy a hot soak the other nights. The view of the stars from the hot tub was incredible, and you had total privacy while in it.

The only downsides of the property that others may care about are that the stairs are very steep (may be troublesome for oldest and youngest visitors) and the kitchen is very tight (only an issue if you have multiple chefs who want to be in there at the same time).

I would absolutely stay in this property again. It had everything we needed and was so spacious! we loved it!

The property was tastefully decorated, well equipped, and extremely comfortable for our group. It was wonderful that each bedroom had an en-suite. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was good for visiting the parks in the surrounding area with many good restaurants close by. The outdoor space and hot tub were icing on the cake! I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

"Nestled in Redrocks" is the perfect place to stay in Moab. We spent 8 days there in August and it served as the best place for coordinating our visits to. the national parks and local state parks and scenic byways. The house is exceptionally clean and the facilities all worked properly. The neighborhood is quite and scenic. Highly reccomend and a sure bet we'll return when back in Moab.

This property is exactly as described. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to quickly get into town. The unit is fully stocked and has enough settings for 8+ people. The knives were rather dull, but that's the only downside I can find. This was a family stay for 6 adults and 1 toddler and we would stay here again!

I rented two condos in this area for a women's retreat. Both units were comfortable, clean, well supplied, and met our needs well. The only complaints I heard were about the softness of the beds in the master bedrooms. It was otherwise a very happy stay!

We stayed in a partnered residence ion the outskirts of Moab. There were four people in our party and we all found it to be extremely comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed all of the local activities such as Arches, Canyonlands, and even Zion, with our rental hike as a jumping off point. When we returned home at the end of the day, it was like returning home to somewhere we had lived forever. We found it clean and well stocked with everything you would expect, and more from a rental property, even down to basic spices in the kitchen and trail guides to peruse. We would definitely say here again and do recommend this house and agency to everyone. A special note in regard to Premier Vacations is their customer service. They are friendly and easily accessible.

This condo was wonderful, and we would hope it's available anytime we are back in Moab! It was exactly as described, had plenty of room, and was a great location. We were there on a hot week, so the upstairs master bedroom was a little warm; however, they even had box fans available to help with air flow, so it was just fine. We went to Moab for maternity pictures and just to get out of our house for a weekend. The condo was super cute and perfect sized for 4 of us (could have fit 2 more). The area was nice and the property was clearly well kept. Overall, it was a great experience. Way nicer than staying at a hotel.

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our sons 10th birthday. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect! The back deck area was wonderful for our dog to get some fresh air. It is a low key location with little traffic and stunning views located just a short drive away from town. Plenty of parking for our trailer and 2 cars. Heated garage added yet another wonderful ammenitiy. We highly recommend staying here and would love to get the opportunity to stay next time we are in the area!

Such a great place to stay while in Moab! Close to town, but far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet. The townhome is very well cared for, clean, and has a nice homey feel to it. We wanted a nice vacation rental from which to base a long weekend of dirt bike riding. This place worked perfect for us. The place isn't new construction, but it is clear that it is very well cared for and all the furnishings are brand new. A very comfortable place to sleep, hang out, and cook. It also has a huge amount of outdoor living space including a ground floor and second floor patios with chairs, tables, and a grill. The one car garage was perfect for us to park all our dirt bikes in at night if we were riding near town. Other days we would just leave them on the trailer.

I'd rent this place again in a heartbeat. Also, we aren't golfers, but the golf course is right across the street.
