Our stunning newly built 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom townhouse offers breathtaking views of the majestic mountains and a perfect escape for anyone seeking a peaceful and adventurous getaway. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream come true, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, a large kitchen island with ample seating, and stunning finishes that will make you want to cook every meal. The property features two decks to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air while enjoying the spectacular views. You'll also find an outdoor grill, perfect for hosting a cookout with family and friends. The living room features comfortable seating and a large smart TV above a beautiful fireplace, providing the ideal spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the great outdoors. Each bedroom also features a smart TV, allowing you to stay connected and entertained during your stay.

Main Bedroom - King Bed with TV and access to 2nd deck (2nd Floor)

Our home is conveniently located walking distance to downtown Ridgway and close to Ouray for ice climbing, visiting Box Canyon, or soaking in any of the many local hot springs. It is the perfect base camp for your next outdoor adventure. You'll be located in a mecca for outdoor recreation, with endless options for hiking, biking, fishing, and more.
Garage Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Additional spaces are available in front of the complex.
The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
