This beautiful mountainside home will surely become a favorite getaway, in Ouray! Stunning outdoor spaces, with 2 decks and a beautiful creekside wood firepit offer a breathtaking view of surrounding forest and mountain peaks. A relaxing master bedroom with adjustable queen sized bed, a large master closet and en suite bathroom welcome guests after a day of adventure. The guest bedrooms, located on the home's lower level, are comfortable and spacious! One of the guest rooms boasts a king sized bed and walk out patio door. The other provides great sleeping space for additional guests, featuring twin bunk beds and a full sized bed. The spacious shared bath has a tub/shower combo and is just outside the king guest bedroom. The upstairs of the home features spectacular views and a beautiful deck space. The kitchen is a wonderful size, with all of the amenities you'll need to cook a great meal! It's open to the living room with a gas fireplace and dining room to offer great entertaining space! Within walking distance to some of Ouray's most beautiful hiking trails; It is a steep, but beautiful hike.
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom- Queen Adjustable Bed with En Suite Bath (main level)
2nd Bedroom- King Bed (lower level)
3rd Bedroom- Twin Bunks and Full Sized Bed (lower level)
The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).
Other wonderful amenities the home features are a washer and dryer, propane grill, and wood firepit.
This beautiful home is located in the canyon overlooking Ouray. 4WD vehicles REQUIRED for winter access (November- April).
Onsite parking is limited. There is space for 2 vehicles maximum in the driveway and there is no trailer parking at this home. Parking for trailers is located in town off of 9th Ave.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
