Last Run Lodge at Purgatory Ski Resort - Fire Pit - Walk to Slopes

Our single level 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom home is perfect for large families. Imagine a roaring fire in the oversized stone fireplace overlooking a vista that Jean Claude Killy once called “the most beautiful scenery this side of the Italian Alps.” This is rustic elegance in a mountain chalet with convenient immediacy to area adventure unparalleled. There are plenty of gathering spaces to accommodate everyone in your group, while at the same time offering separation for privacy as well as coexistence between diverse interests, from game room frivolity to quiet relaxation.

The home is located just 100 yards from the entrance to Purgatory Ski Resort with easy paved access off Highway 550 (4WD is NOT required in winter) with plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. There may be no more ideal location for summer or winter adventure, as this home is at the epicenter of all the hiking and biking trails, four-wheel drive roads, nordic and alpine skiing terrain and every other epic adventure Durango has to offer. Easy ski access in winter via a 2 minute walk to Lift 7 and you can ski back to the home.

Master - King with Ensuite Bath (Fireplace)(Main Level)

2nd Bedroom - Queen with Ensuite Bath (Main Level)

3rd Bedroom/Game Room - 2 Sets of Bunk Beds (single over double) and a Queen Blow Up Mattress and Pool Table/TV (Main Level)

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
