This newly updated mountain modern retreat boasts pristine views of the San Juan Gateway, featuring three-bedrooms and two and a half baths. The bright and airy upper level features an open concept living area, with a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and a well-stocked kitchen that is ready for you to prepare a wonderful meal! You'll love spending your time on the beautiful deck spaces, sipping your favorite beverage or watching the local wildlife while enjoying the outdoor gas firepit! Or venture out into the beautiful backyard and cozy up to the smokeless firepit while roasting marshmallows and soaking up the Ouray moonlight!
The stunning primary bedroom is located on the upper floor and features privacy as well as a luxurious king bed and gorgeous corner patio doors leading to the large deck area and those amazing views with the hot tub right outside. On the lower level are the second and third guest bedrooms. Both feature cozy king beds and a convenient jack and jill bathroom with a beautiful stone shower. The second bedroom features a gas fireplace and two sliding glass doors that access the back yard. You will also find an additional cozy sitting area to enjoy a movie, great book or gather with friends and family for great conversation. For your convenience the home also has a washer and dryer.
Two new E-bikes are provided for your riding enjoyment around the town of Ouray.

Third Bedroom - King Bed or 2 XL Twin Beds - Downstairs Lower Level

This home is pet friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum.

Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
