Our beautifully renovated 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home gives you the best accommodations during your stay while being in a great location. Close to several parks, museums, shops, and restaurants, our home is sure to offer you a wonderful vacation.
When you walk through the entry door into the foyer, our home welcomes you into an open-concept space with the living room and fireplace to your left and the dining area and kitchen to your right. The open layout brings a light feel to the space and lets you be close to everyone in most of the home. The TVs in the living room and two bedrooms are smart TVs equipped with Sling Cable and an HD Antenna. To access your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix, you simply need to log in on the TVs. You can continue any show or movie you started at home while on vacation. To make your stay even more comfortable, we have a full study room with two workspaces, including a large desk and two desk chairs. In the same room, you can run your laundry in the clothes washer and dryer while you catch up on work. With high-speed internet, you can stream TV shows while working on your computers and not be interrupted by a slow internet connection.
Enjoying the lovely Colorado days in warmer months is easy at our home. Just walk out to the yard to grill on the gas BBQ grill and sit around the fire pit while you lounge on the patio furniture.

Our property is in an amazing location! You will be within walking distance of two amazing parks, the Littleton Public Library, and the Littleton Historic Museum. Gallup Park is two houses away with tennis courts, a play ground, and soccer fields. Ketring Park/Ketring Lake is next to Gallup Park and is perfect for walking or jogging. The park even hosts regular craft fairs that you can attend when you stay at our home. Littleton Museum is integrated between the two parks and has a working 1870's/1890's farm complete with a blacksmith shop, farm animals, and a pumpkin patch.
A longer walk or short drive away, you will find Historic Downtown Littleton, a walkable area with shops, restaurants, and bars. Breckenridge Brewery and Carboy Winery are also nearby attractions, as well as the Platte River trail and open space which provides miles of trails for cycling, running, or walking along the Platte River.
*Please note, the owner of the property lives in the basement apartment. He travels frequently, but there is a chance you will see him during your stay. There is also a part time tenant staying in the garage. All separate spaces.
Also, please be advised that there are a few stairs to climb to get to the front entrance, and the entrance is equipped with a ring camera.
This is not a pet friendly home. Due to the owner's severe allergies, we kindly ask guests with service animals to consider alternative accommodations.
