Pet-friendly haven with a fenced yard! One block to beautiful Faversham Park, 7 minutes to Olde Town Arvada's dining and nightlife, and just 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain hiking trails. This home has everything you need, with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and a beautiful outdoor space for dining and relaxing.

All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor:

Main bedroom - King bed with ensuite bathroom

2nd bedroom - Queen bed

3rd bedroom/office - Twin trundle bed

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, yard work, and plant care.

Great Spot for a Family Vacation!

Had a wonderful time at this property where our family stayed for an extended weekend. The hosts were very communicative and were happy to work with us to allow a slightly earlier check in. Everything was very comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook for our family during our stay. I would recommend this if you are looking for a great place to stay that is centrally located to access Denver, Boulder, Estes, and Evergreen/Idaho Springs.

Great place, clean and well equipped with fenced yard!

We really enjoyed the house and appreciated the fenced yard as we were traveling with our dog. Everything was clean and well organized. Only suggestion is a new stove as not all the burners worked and some new cookware.

Location Location Location

Yes! The location was perfect. Right by my niece and minutes from my son. Then my youngest could drive in from Fraser and we have a little family reunion! Also, it was only about 20 minutes from downtown where we met some friends for lunch at Tupelo Honey! Try this place if you are in Denver!

The home was immaculate inside and the backyard was so perfect for our pups because the fence truly was secure for them. They enjoyed playing frisbee with my great nephews when they came over for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to do a Mississippi pot roast and meatloaf dinner for us all. Be aware, that the home is multilevel. So stairs up to the bedrooms and down to the den area and the back sliding doors. The kitchen and living room are on entry level.
There was a great park to walk and play in just an easy less than a block stroll from the house!! Having two full bathrooms up stairs and a powder room down stairs by the laundary area was nice, too. When I went to put in the towels for washing, I noted that both detergents were just about empty. So, you may want to check those as soon as you settle in and let the property manager know. That is what I forgot to do.
So, for our trip to Denver area, this stay in Arvada was just the place for us!

Great house in a great area!

This house is in a great location and had a great park 1 block away my daughter loved. We also got to feed ducks! The house was awesome and the backyard was a favorite area for our family to wind down at the end of the night. Easy to get into Denver and all the things we wanted to do. GREAT value for the price compared to other houses we considered. Do yourself a favor...stop looking..... and stay here!

June trip

The house was very nice, and tidy. We initially had an issue with the ac not working but the owners were quick to remedy the situation. Would definitely recommend this stay to others.
