The bedroom has a queen bed with luxurious bedding and a uniquely designed wood-burning kiva fireplace that provides warmth and ambience. The living room has a Smart TV with streaming cable and a comfortable queen size murphy bed for additional guests (our condo sleeps 4 guests). The kitchen has bright open windows that look out on the secluded patio and is fully stocked for your stay! Enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine on the private, enclosed patio just off the kitchen. Just down the street is the gourmet grocery store Kaunies and other local shops.

• This home has 1 off-street parking space that should fit most cars, but camper vans, sprinters, and RVs WILL NOT fit in the driveway. Additional cars can be parked in public parking areas nearby.

• Stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
