This custom-built mountain modernist 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath retreat is central to everything the town of Ridgway and surrounding areas have to offer with convenient access to authentic dining experiences, iconic mountain landscapes and endless outdoor adventures.

Guests enjoy this perfect all-season San Juan Mountain getaway steeped in mountain-modern style furnishings, a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV in the upstairs living area. A wrap-around deck with a gas grill makes for a fabulous outdoor dining space. The Primary suite private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning hot beverage or evening Alpenglo libation.

Enjoy pet-friendly accommodations and the comfort of air conditioning during the warm summer season.

Bed Configuration:

Primary En Suite: Bedroom: Queen Bed (Second Level)

2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed (Main Level)

3rd Bedroom: Bunk Beds (Twin Beds) (Main Level).

Two pet maximum/$40/day (Max $250).

Parking available for up to three vehicles.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Downtown Location

House has a great location in downtown Ridgeway within walking distance to all restaurants. Plenty of space to spread out and a nice upper floor deck. The house is on the main road so you do hear traffic during rush hour.

Awesome spacious home

Wow what a great house! We were in town to ski telluride and this home was perfect for our needs. It’s a quick drive to Telluride to ski. The house is in the heart of Ridgway and a close walk to some good restaurants ( especially GNAR Tacos !). A++++

Telluride Weekend

Ridgway Gem

Beautiful home in Ridgway, Colorado. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking and grilling. Loved the folder that was available listing restaurants and activities to do in the area. Allowed our Labradoodle. Great accommodations. Walking distance to restaurants and brewery. They recently installed air conditioning! Only about 10 miles from Ouray and 37 miles to Telluride.

Wonderful location, beautiful home, GREAT stay!

We stayed in this vacation rental as part of a bittersweet journey to bring my husband's remains to Colorado - a place he lived in and loved very much. This home was an awesome location, central to where we wanted to go and the accommodations were great! Very cozy, clean and well-stocked home. The views at night were amazing and it is close to town, easy to walk to stores and restaurants. If I had a complaint it would be the traffic in front of the home - more than you'd expect, but nothing you can do about that:)
