Our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home is ideally located within walking distance to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Located in a quiet neighborhood, step outside and hike Tubbs Hill or relax at Sanders Beach. Our home is ideal for guests traveling to CDA for business or leisure and looking to experience an authentic local experience. We are located within a block of Tubbs Hill, a popular hiking and recreational area, Sherman Avenue which is home to many local shops, galleries and one-of-a-kind restaurants, McEuen Park, City Park, CDA Resort, and Sanders Beach at the Lake CDA! Enjoy Spring and Summer in Coeur d'Alene.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals.

City of CDA Short Term Rental License: #61392

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

A rental much enjoyed

Five of my children - two of them adults, the other between ages 4 and 14 years - stayed at 919 E. Pine for one week in late July and very much enjoyed ourselves. The location is very quiet and in excellent proximity to McEuen Hill, Tubbs Park & adjacent playground, and Sanders Beach - all are less than a five minute walk from the rental. The rental team was extremely responsive and accommodating to the few minor requests we had. Checking in an checking out were simple without any burdens whatsoever. All appliances and mechanicals worked just fine. Again, we had a most pleasant stay, and will keep this unit on the top of our list for future visits to Couer d'Alene, one of our favorite places to visit!

Cute home with a great location!

We had a great time staying here. The house was so cute and in a great location to be able to walk downtown, Sanders Beach or the Tubbs hill hike. We had a great time. They were also very accommodating whenever we did need anything! The response was immediate which we appreciated so much! We will see be back!

PERFECT LOCATION - PERFECT HOME - PERFECT STAY

This home is located in such a great area! You can walk out your door and easily walk to downtown, Lake CDA, and hiking on Tubbs Hill. The home itself is very well-appointed, very clean and has a great backyard. Comfortable beds and EVERYTHING you need for a great stay! The Property Manager was responsive and helpful. Charming Home! Excellent Stay! GREAT location!

What a charming home in such a great location! The home is beautiful, clean and has such comfortable beds! EVERYTHING you need is right there. Walking distance to Tubbs Hill hiking trails as well as Sanders Beach! Walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown or walk the paved trail to the resort. Just a perfect home in a perfect location.

Family visit

The property was clean and updated. We stayed there with our son, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. Their children had their own room bed as did the adults. Our son and his family live in Coeur d’alene so will will return to this property if it is available for our next visit.

Wonderful home for family getaway. Would stay again!!

Property was clean. Customer service was great. The home was as described on Vrbo. Lots of towels and beach towels. Laundry was clean & easy to use. The downstairs was incredibly cold and we couldn’t regulate the temperature (but better than being too hot). The bunk beds were very squeaky and need to be tightened or fixed. Kids unable to sleep on it because so noisy when turning over. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes & cooking pans, etc. Bring your own spices if you plan on cooking. It was so close to town. We walked there many times daily. Close to Tubbs hill hike. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!!

Great place in Coeur d’Alene

The location was great, it was really nice to be that close to town. The house was perfect, it was small, but still gave us enough space that we weren’t on top of each other. It’s a cute little place and I’ll likely plan to stay there in the future.

Tubbs Hill Bungalow
