• Please note that, as with most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

• Parking Policy: Street parking is available near the complex.

• Laundry: This unit does not have a dedicated washer and dryer. Guests may use the coin-operated laundry located in the complex common area.

Decent substitute property

Original reservation was subbed one month before trip for this property. Cozy yes - small bedrooms, bath and kitchen (ice trays need replacing). Easy parking. Just a half mile from Ouray perimeter trail and super close to restaurants and shops on main town road.

Experience Ouray

This was a great place to meet up with my parents. Two couples, and plenty of room. The location is just a block off main street, so easy to walk to restaurants/shops.

Great condo walking distance to town

Great condo one block from town. Well furnished. Only thing we would suggest is bigger/more comfortable chairs in living area. Saw mama bear and two cubs nearby and deer.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay on Ouray! The condo was clean and right in the middle of town (as stated). We are from South Louisiana, so we weren’t used to a home without an air conditioning. We sweated the first night (with the windows open). The next few nights were tolerable because the temperature outside dropped. We will definitely go back to Ouray, but bring some fans next time!

Great Condo, Great Location in Town

We loved staying at this cute little condo. It was the perfect size for a family of 4. Had all the amenities you need in just the right amount of space. Cozy cabin atmosphere. Great location too - you can walk anywhere in Ouray within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing and fun vacation!

Great place

We rented this condo for 3 nights in August 2023. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, had what you needed and was close to everything in town. The place feels homey. We would definitely stay there again when we go to Ouray. You won’t regret renting this condo.

Ice climbing in Ouray

We were first at a place that we stayed in last year because it had a kitchen. Well, this year they remodeled the rooms a took out the kitchen. So I started looking in the area and found a 2 bedroom with a kitchen and at a cheaper cost WOW. So we booked it. It was great just what we needed for the food we bought for our 2-week stay. Will definitely come back next year. One last note Tamara was great to work with.

Fall Break Getaway

We spent 3 days in Ouray for fall break, and this place was perfect for our family of four. It is a 5 minute walk to downtown (grocery store, restaurants and shopping) and a 5 minute walk to the river. Very clean and well kept!
