The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare light meals and snacks. Enjoy the convenience of a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and sink. A coffee maker helps you start your day off right, while the hot plate/pot combo offers flexibility for grilling, steaming, or cooking simple meals. A small set of dishes, utensils, and cookware is also provided, making it easy to whip up a quick bite. Please note that the kitchenette is best suited for light, one-pot cooking.

The bathroom is a comfortable retreat, featuring a single sink and a tub/shower combination, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Ample counter space and a well-lit mirror make getting ready a breeze.

Guest Access: The unit is completely private, and guests have access to the entire unit. Guests also have access to all shared spaces, including the pool (open Memorial-Labor Day), fitness center, and clubhouse. Guests do not have access to the mailbox. A PO box is recommended. Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and comes to the door.

No pets are allowed at this property.

Plenty of parking is available in the complex. None of the following types of vehicles are allowed: (1) commercial vans or other commercial vehicles of any kind, (2) any vehicles larger than one ton, and

(3) boats, off-road motorcycles, campers, camper shells, trailers of any kind, motor homes, or other similar recreational vehicles of any type.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This property is a 30-day minimum rental. Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.
