Out on the dock, a tiki hut with a bar-height table and Adirondack chairs is the perfect spot for morning coffee, fishing, or evening cocktails.

This bright, open home was made for gathering. Sliding glass doors open all the way to the lanai, so the living room flows right out to the pool and the water views. The chef's kitchen has a large granite island, a curved breakfast bar with seating for the whole crew, double wall ovens, and stainless appliances. It opens to the living room with its oversized sectional and smart TV. A formal dining table seats eight, and a second casual dining nook looks out to the pool.

- Boat rental: $350 per day

- Licensed captain: $300 plus tip

- Fuel billed separately at the end of your outing

Just let us know your dates and we'll have it ready to go! In season, weekdays are best for quieter waters and fewer crowds.

Located in southwest Cape Coral, you're close to waterfront dining at Cape Harbour and plenty of local restaurants and shops, and about 15–20 minutes from the Cape Coral Yacht Club beach. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are an easy drive away for a day in the sand!

–Good to Know–

• No pets. This is strictly enforced, as the owner is severely allergic. Thank you for understanding!

• The pool is heated. During unusually cold spells, an additional pool heat fee applies to keep it warm.

• Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. The home is on a cul-de-sac, so there's no street or trailer parking.

• Security cameras: three exterior cameras (driveway, boat side of the house, and a Ring doorbell). There are no cameras inside the home.

• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays require cleans every 30 days at an additional guest expense.
