This is a condo located in a suburban neighborhood west of Pegosa Springs. The house is up to date, in good repair, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and organized. The neighborhood is quiet, wooded, and gently rolling. We enjoyed taking walks. The lake is very pretty. Most of the shore is private property but the section along the bridge is open to the public. Sitting on the back porch in the morning was pleasant. Services and restaurants are close by. There are no blackout curtains and the neighbors in back leave their outside lights on all night, so bring sleep shades. There is no fencing, so if you bring a dog, you must put it on a leash to go outside. The bottom floor is a garage and the stairs to the second floor are steep.
