• Consistent with most Colorado mountain homes, the home does not offer air conditioning. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
• Our home is NOT ideal for guests with mobility issues. Steep incline to get down to the yard and the house.
