This townhouse was in a great location and was super quite at night
The owner does all he can to make the stay perfect. Of course we had minor adjustments with some little things to make it perfect for us but that’s to be expected.
We found the steps to get in and out to be good exercise and the kitchen was amazing to have several quiet meals in
The communication with the owners is also easy and amazing.

We decided to stay here again (9/2021) based on our previous experience. We enjoyed the facilities, location, and the weather was perfect. We like this location because it's close enough to main downtown areas at the same time away from the typical downtown noise. We recommend it.

A lovely townhome with a terrific layout for our family of 5. The home was clean, well stocked, and had an excellent location to downtown and Purg resort. Bathrooms amenities were great and unit was stocked with some paper products and soap so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Fans in the bedrooms were great to have with the August heat (no A/C). For those looking to rent this unit in the summer just keep in mind with the windows open you do hear the highway/road noise. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Like others have mentioned - hard to see the outside building numbers with the trees blocking the view. Place was clean, layout is easy with the bedrooms upstairs, and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. We did find ourselves awake at night with late night arrivals from neighbors in the complex, and our last night had hammer like pounding coming from the adjoining condo - we're speculating that it's a remodeling job. We would still recommend staying in this unit, and if we return to Durango, we would rent this it again.

Our townhouse was very nice, clean, spacious and had a very well equipped kitchen. The description of the property was accurate. No AC which was difficult since CO was having a heat wave but open windows, ceiling fans and floor fans helped alot. Location was great for travelling to Purgatory, Silverton as well as to downtown Durango. Small playground and walking track at back of property.

The unit was very nicely appointed and clean when we arrived. It was very roomy for the three adults and three kiddos in our party. Location was convenient to the town with a short 5 minute drive to downtown Durango. We skied at Purgatory Resort multiple times and being on the north side of town means less traffic to get through when getting to the slopes. Overall a great place to stay and would consider it again when visiting Durango.

We had a great week in this beautiful and well-stocked 3-bedroom condo. The descriptions and pictures in the listing are accurate, and the place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We had only one issue (with the WiFi) and the property manager and owner both responded rapidly to get the issue resolved. The condo is in a great and easily accessible location, and we especially enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and family room area on the main floor. Having access to park a car in the garage was a welcome bonus, even though winter hasn't yet fully arrived in Durango. We would very highly recommend this condo to any small group or family visiting the Durango area.

We cant say enough about this rental. The cleaning person does an extravagant job, it was immaculate. The property management we dealt with, Keith, is awesome! He was so helpful, so down to earth and cool, and responded to any texts or questions we had almost immediately. Also, he really went out of his way to assist us in our renting experience in Durango. The condo is so quiet, and fresh! The furniture is actually classy and comfortable unlike alot of rentals. The beds are as comfy as my own tempurpedic at home, that was a shock. Giant brand new state of the art shower. plenty of space for the whole family, and just the right distance to the town! make sure you stay here

I can’t suggest Premier Vacation Rentals more highly. Our planned visit was to start the day after the 416 Fire started and our re rental was near the ski area. The Durango community is very near to our hearts as we have been coming since we were kids. We reached out because we were concerned about access to the unit with the passability being limited and not wanting to enter the area and causing any unneeded traffic. Keith was more than accommodating and moved us to a unit away from the fire. The unit at Criminson Cliffs is ideal for a bigger group. Lots of sleeping space and wide open rooms is only outdone by the beautiful surroundings. I will definitely use this rental again and will always use Premier Vacation Rentals in the future.

We (2 couples and a 14 year old) recently stayed in Unit 55. The townhouse was very large, clean and comfortable. It was easy to access the townhouse upon our arrival. It is close to downtown Durango, which was great and easy for seeing the sites we wanted to see.

The only issue we had is that we could not get the air conditioner to work. It might be controlled by a main access switch that we didn't have, but we opened the windows and used the ceiling fans instead.

The property is well appointed...very clean...kitchen is fully stocked with china, glassware, pots/pans and small electrics. Only complaint, not enough pillows and mattress were not as comfortable.

Great location, lots of space, very clean, all supplies stocked. Online said 2 bedrooms, but it turned out to be 3 bedrooms (3rd bedroom had a bunk bed). Make sure everyone can do stairs - there are 2 full sets to get to the bedrooms. Very easy access to Mild to Wild office. We used Mild to Wild for a jeep ride and a raft trip. Loved Ken & Sue's restaurant.

This place was great - plenty of space for our family of 5 & then some! Very clean, close to town, affordable. We enjoyed the park area near the train tracks and the trolley stop was very convenient. Only minor drawback was the road noise from 550, not a problem during the winter when the windows will be closed. We just closed the windows nearest 550, it didn't really bother us much.

I have rented a few places and they never have enough cooking utensils this place was no different but this was a very nice place comfortable beds in every room nice balconies in almost every room great place for the family only bad thing is your neighbors are too close I would stay again

The space was PERFECT for our weekend in Durango. Ample room, several balconies, and great open spaces. Big dining room table perfect for playing card games and entertaining. And the trolley stop right outside was so convenient!! Would definitely recommend!
