Comfortable and gracious space. Ran into a couple neighbors and they were very nice. The location was wonderful for access to ski and snow mobile activities as well as down town. Hope to come back sometime!

We spent over 4 months in this house while we are building our new home. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is stocked well. Great location to getting to the ski resort or in town. Keith, the manager was prompt at getting back to us. We only left because the owners were returning. We will definitely book with VRC again and return to this home if it's available. We had an excellent stay at this home in Durango. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. We used the grill and enjoyed sitting on the back porch. One morning a doe and baby deer came by to visit. Lovely home.

This is a great rental property. It is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The only complaint we had was that there was no dishwasher detergent, minimal trash bags, and insufficient TP for 6 days (we had to buy all as the call to the number that was posted for housekeeping was not returned). We would strongly recommend this property.

We loved this vacation home, the location was great, all of the furniture was so comfortable and the kitchen had every appliance and all of the supplies you needed. The neighborhood was perfect, very quiet and great walking paths, we would definitely stay here a again. Keith Brant at Premier Vacations was great; he responded within 15 minutes of my e-mail request and we were able to book this easily within 2 hours of arriving in Durango.

Beautiful home. Very clean. Pantry was very well stocked. Comfortable beds. We.would stay again. Only issues were the hot water heater was turned down so a couple of us endured cold showers before we figured out to turn hot water heater up. Upstairs remote didn't work. Only two minor issues. Huge garage to park in.

We had a fantastic time at this exceptional rental. It actually exceeded our expectations in many ways as it was furnished very nicely and the kitchen was totally stocked with every piece of cookware, plates, glasses etc you could need and then some. We enjoyed cooking several large meals and using the BBQ grill. Pride of ownership is apparent throughout the interior and exterior of this home as everything was very well taken care of. The space and accommodations were abundant for our family reunion of eight adults. We really enjoyed an all day guided fly fishing trip with San Juan Anglers and a half day rafting trip with the Mild to Wild Rafting group. Both of these were referenced/recommended by Premier Vacation Rental group and could not have been better! We'd go back to this very nice rental in a minute and highly recommend it to others.

This trip was planned on the spur of the moment and we were thankful to find a place that would meet the needs of the three generations in our family. Some fished, some walked and enjoyed the Autumn colors and some enjoyed the shopping in Durango. We had a delicious meal at Steamworks and enjoyed a local coffee shop - Durango Joe's. I would not hesitate for recommend this home to others.

We had a wonderful time at 73 Red Cliff Road. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. We had plenty of room for everyone.
We were able to watch a pair of deer eat apples from a tree across the street. The neighborhood was lovely for walking.

It was great. Very nice home and warm feeling. There were only a couple issues. Master blind in master suite downstairs needs replaced. Some of the slates are missing. Notified property manager on the first day, but after 7 days still not repaired. Not a very private room. The only other issue was not enough linens, constantly having to wash the three towels and two wascloths provided and did not find extra in the house. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Thanks for your feedback. The blind was repaired after the guest departed - it needs to be removed and taken out of the house to be repaired and we did not want to do this during the guest stay as it takes at least a week. We provide towels for the occupancy of 10 and were not notified that the full compliment was not provided. Upon cleaning after guests departure, we noted the full complement of towels was in the home. Not sure why the guests were not able to find them.

We rented this property for 7 nights and found it to be very comfortable for 10 adults. We also had 3 small children and there was plenty of floor space for their travel beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The Dalton Ranch location is beautiful and not too far from Durango. My only complaint is the sofa bed in the upstairs loft is the most uncomfortable bed ever! Adults shouldn't plan on sleeping there at all. Also, a larger supply of toilet paper would have been nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. Thanks Keith for always answering any questions and concerns promptly.

Three families shared the home for a family reunion. Plenty of room for all. The kitchen was stocked as well as our own home! Everything you would need and more! The bathrooms were very nice as was the laundry. Our only complaint would be the A/C unable to keep the mater bedroom (on west wall) cool in the warm afternoons. It remained quite warm into the night before the A/C finally caught up. Everything else was just perfect. great neighborhood for walks/runs and awesome grocery/liquor store 2 minutes away. Beautiful home & neighborhood. House is immaculate with lots of parking, (we had 4 mini vans). Open floor plan great for cooking and conversing. House is AMAZINGLY well stocked for cooks! We even used the pyrex pie plate! Sink hot water is instant and very hot! 8 guests, we never ran out of hot water. Furnishings and art just beautiful in a southwestern motif. All beds are incredibly comfortable. Leather couches are THE most comfortable ever. Goodies like a wine chiller, salad spinner, and cast iron pans. Washer/Dryer are LG and new. Coffee machines 1. a VERY new Kurig View (we never did find where we could buy the high tech cups required) and 2. A new but normal ground coffee drip machine. All appliances are Jenn-Aire. Concrete surrounds the house so you can walk around the crafted landscape and never end up in dirt. Rooms are quiet, if too quiet, there is a portable fan in first floor bedroom. Upstairs, a tiny bit of road noise but you have to concentrate to hear it. Physically challenged, a couple of stairs access the downstairs master. Older children or adults, there is a 2nd upstairs living room equipped like the downstairs. This home was an absolute treasure and we are very grateful to the owners for allowing us to enjoy it. We have nothing but compliments!!

The house was very large and was very up to date. All the furniture was in good shape and clean. Was located a little north of Town, but was in a very nice neighborhood. Was clean for the most part. It could use a good cleaning in all the corners and areas that aren't used as much and outside on the patio. The house had a lot of board games and a large dvd collection which was great for kids. We would stay here again if we come back to the Durango area.

We came to Durango for a team mountainbike vacation, four adults and six teenagers. The house was perfect, plenty of room, and the large two car garage perfect for storing our bikes. Great neighborhood, it's close enough to town that we rode from the house two days to area trails and back, drove to two others nearby. We come every year for a trip like this and this was the best house we've found so far, hope it's still available next year.

The home was beautiful, neat and everything was there that we could possible need. It was just a short drive to town (the trolley does not come out this far) so a car is necessary, but the trip to town took about 10 minutes. There is a little store just down the road for last minute groceries. We had a family wedding and 10 family members stayed here with PLENTY of room for all! Awesome time!

Location was great as it was close enough to downtown Durango to get to good restaurants and entertainment. The house had plenty of room to accommodate our families of 8 with bathrooms for each family. While there was a great outdoor bar-b-que grill, there was no outdoor table and chairs for eating and the patio, including the upstairs deck had not been cleaned and maintained for some time as there were cobwebs, dirt and ants. Management was quick to respond to our complaint about the ants. The inside was well maintained with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The golf course community was well maintained and quiet making it enjoyable for morning or evening walks. The grandkids enjoyed James Ranch for a picnic and self-guided tour as well as river rafting, the train to Silverton and nearby Mesa Verde.

Property was great. We had 10 people 4 adults and 6 kids and there was more than enough room for everyone. Guest room downstairs had its own full bath. Upstairs was the master, a loft and 2 secondary rms with a jack-n-jill bathrm. A few nights we had an open room cause all the kids slept in the loft. We had a great Thanksgiving. Would rent again.
