Great location with a wonderful mountain view. We were a short walk away from the slopes and winter activities. The condo is functional and has everything you need for a great stay. Parking is right outside the door.

The property at Purgatory Ski Resort meet all expectations. The location is centrally located to the Resort Lodge within 30 yards to all stores, restaurants, and lifts. The space is on the lower level which is convenient, but neighbors above can be distracting when walking heavily in the property above. Very clean. The view from the window/patio in the mornings are spectacular. We will definitely return to the resort again.

The unit was clean and well maintained. We wanted a one story unit with minimal stairs to get to, and this one was ground level with just a few concrete steps down into the building courtyard for access. Right across from the main lodge -- we were even able to see the MTB short track race from the patio! Communication with management before our trip was A+! Main bedroom has a memory foam topper on the mattress, living room has a euro lounger that turns into a very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well equipped and we were able to bring food with us and cook all meals in the unit.

The Condo did not disappoint. It was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Kitchen was fully stocked, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, shower was awesome in main bathroom! The deck faces Twilight Lake more like a pond though, but the scenery was BEAUTIFUL! We would definitely consider going back, thank you for making clean and inviting!!!

Perfect, third spring break in Purgatory in a row staying in this same unit. First time was the week Colorado closed down all ski resorts due to covid, but we still stayed all week and sledded anyways, loved it and keep coming back. You can NOT beat this location for skiing and overall family experience. Only negative is 3 years straight of bad Wifi if you need to get any work done, or stream TV or kids devices. Wifi in Unit needs to be updated for sure.

We recently (July 2021) stayed at a well-kept one-BR condo in Purgatory. It was a heavenly stay. The unit was well-appointed, clean, very conveniently located just off Hwy 550. Everything was I good working order.

The proprietors were nice and ver accommodating.

We will book again when we return to this area.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Directly across the street from the ski area base and Durango Mountain Club. Access to slopes, retail, club and general area ambiance is unparalleled.

Unit was clean and updated. I found nothing wanting in the kitchen or its utensils so if you cook..its a winner!

Pet friendly and very convenient for walking the dog.

No complaints.

We had an incredible experience staying at the C11 condo. Keith (the management company) was so quick to respond to my requests and inquiries. The views from this unit are breathtaking. Everything is upgraded and fully furnished. The location across from the resort was perfect. We paid the extra 4% resort fee to get daily access to the fitness center and pool area. We will be staying up here again next year!

We spent 8 days in this great Purgatory base area condo. The location was very convenient and just across the street from the base area and the hot tub and pool.

Inside the condo was well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Which is important for us, as we prefer to cook all of our own meals. We did go out one night with friends for pizza at Schoolhouse, about 3 miles south, the pizza is pretty dang good.

The bathroom had a nice rain shower and lots of towels.

The bedroom had a very comfortable foam mattress, which really helped with falling asleep at night. Typically I have trouble sleeping 8,000 feet, but that was not the case here. There is not a ton of storage in the bedroom, but the nightstands paired with the dresser in the living room is plenty for two. I would recommend bringing some hangers, as there are hooks on nearly all of the doors for hanging items.

The deck provided great views.

My only recommendation would be to provide instructions on how to operate the TV’s, we don’t have Dish at home and could not figure out to use the bedroom TV.

This awesome property is literally right in the ski resort! We went to get away for Memorial Day weekend and paid the extra 4% to get access to the hotel amenities (highly recommend to use the pool water slide, a good hot tub soak and/or gym use- just go to the hotel reception and get your key card when you arrive). The condo was well appointed- not too crowded with oversize furniture like most ski cabins. It seemed like it was just renovated (not sure if it was or not but it was super clean). We did use the BBQ on the deck one night which was nice and enjoyed a great dinner at the ski lodge another night. I liked that the property had a vacuum and other cleaning amenities available so we can keep it tidy (I'm a clean freak and like to keep things clean daily). To be honest, we didn't really eat much else at the cabin except the one night we grilled a kabob because there was such good food in Durango for dinner and we ate trail bars and fruit for breakfast/lunch on the hiking trails. I did notice if you were to cook or make anything that it was there if you needed. The bed was super comfy and two options for pillows. I highly recommend this place for a summer or winter getaway. We might just book again for winter soon!

Cant' say enough about location! Literally right at the base of the main lift. The condo is updated, clean, great view and comfortable. Perfect for two, tight for four. No fireplace.
Wasn't sure about hot tub or pool use ? There was a mix up with the length of our stay so had to move out last night. However, I would highly recommend !

Thanks for your review. This guest booked 2 nights and was advised they could add a 3rd night if it was available (as they were unsure if they wanted 3 nights). The condo got booked before they decided to add the extra night so the guest had to depart on the originally scheduled day.
