• This property is pet-friendly! Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $40/night, maximum $250 per stay. No cats allowed. Please notify us upon booking if you are bringing a pet.
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including identity verification and fraud evaluation, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox cannot be retrieved.
• Follow all street signs for parking to avoid tickets.
• Colorado weather can change quickly. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads may be slippery.
