Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located a quick drive or walk to the heart of downtown Ouray, the Hot Springs pool and many of Ouray's most popular amenities! This two-story townhome is ideally located central to many of Ouray's most popular trails with access to the Perimeter Trail being less than a 1/2 mile away! Enjoy a beautiful hike and then a relaxing soak in the hot springs and be able to walk directly back to your townhome!

The townhome's main level boasts the living with large smart TV and gas fireplace. Cooking a meal will be a breeze with the home's fully stocked kitchen, then enjoy at the cozy dining area. All 3 of the home's bedrooms are conveniently located on the 2nd level. The Primary bedroom features a cozy queen size bed and spacious en-suite bathroom. Both guest bedrooms offer room to spread out with each having queen size beds of their own and a generously sized bathroom located in the hallway to share.
There's Parking for 1 car in the garage. There is overflow parking near the entrance of the Elkhorn Townhome complex on Fedel Court or Hwy. 550. There is no trailer parking available at this location, any trailers may park at the city's overflow parking area off of 9th Ave.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
