Luxury Townhome - Ski in/Ski Out - Foosball - Best Location | Vacation Rental Collective

Description

Our 3,000 sq ft, 5 bdrm, 4 bath Elkpoint townhome (Unit 6) is one of the few true ski in/ski out properties at Purgatory Resort built right on the slopes and just a short walk/ski to the main plaza. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax with family and friends. The 2nd living space on the bottom floor is perfect for the kids with a Foosball Table and TV. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace while the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The townhome has a washer/dryer, WIFI and an attached heated 1 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear and there is an additional parking space in front of the garage.

5th Bedroom - 2 Sets of Bunk Beds (Single over Single) (Ground floor)

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Wonderful location and beautiful property

The townhouse's location cannot be beat since the backdoor opens up to the graduate run and lift. It was very easy to access all the lifts and watch others skiing. The interior was nice and comfortable and the property manager responded very quickly to our request to have an additional frying pan for cooking.

Perfect location for our family vacation

We had our family reunion here at Purgatory resort. Our family had a few units that were near each other but i loved this location the best! This was the perfect size for my sisters family and ours. Lots of beds and everyone had their space. Lots of stairs but that helped get us in shape for the elevation haha. We loved that we could walk straight to the lodge and pool/workout room. Its in small print but be aware that there is an extra charge if you want to use the pool/hot tub/ workout room. We used those daily so it was worth the extra charge.

As far as working with the management, they were always quick to respond to our questions and one day, there was a bad smell in the water in the master bathroom. We contacted the management and they were quick to reply and look into that. We will be coming back!

Simply wonderful

This was one of the best mountain locations we’ve stayed in. The location was perfect, close to activities but far enough away to be private. The house was amazing and had most everything we needed. It was great having the ground level porch with a grass yard in front. The views from the porch and yard were amazing.

Nice place

We had 5 adults, two teens, and one child and stayed here during the shoulder season at Purgatory Ski Resort. The townhouse was clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. We cooked most meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was close by and the kids enjoyed swimming every day. I would stay here again.

Best location on the mountain

This was the first time visiting Purgatory. The townhouse was everything it was advertised. The ski in/ski out location was awesome and the inside was immaculate and luxurious. We were a group of 5 guys and there was plenty of room for all of us and the amenities were great. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

Family Holiday

The rental was very comfortable for our multi-family vacation with 2 toddlers and a baby (there was even a bonus high chair in the closet). But, the absolute best is the location of this unit. With young children we were able to go sledding and skiing for short durations and then go back to the rental. No long treks, no loading in and out of vehicles.

Wonderful vacation experience!

Nice place,liked having 4 bathrooms very convenient for a big group. Kitchen is nicely stocked with pots and pans to cook. Location is great and safe. Would highly recommend.

Great family vacation

We ski Durango quite a bit. This was by far our best rental property to date❗️Great location. True ski in ski out .the cabin was missing a few supplies kitchen wise but over all it was amazing . We had a great experience with premier and we will use them again.
