I visited the area for a mountain wedding, and this was a perfect place to stay. Pictures accurately depict the property. Very comfortable for a single or couple. Very quiet place for a summer stay. Probably has one of the best views in the village. Village location made it possible to walk to cafes or deli. Really enjoyed riding the ski lift for great Mountain View’s.

The condo was small but comfortable in all ways. the views from the balcony were sometimes extraordinary with the fall colors on the mountain, the sunrises and the overall joy of viewing. The range cattle wandering into the ski lift area (it was prior to the season) being roundup by cowboys on horses was a hoot. Our contact at Premier, Erica, Was helpful in every way. It was a great way to initiate out permanent move to Durango, Colorado.

PVR had excellent communication with me throughout planning and through my stay. Rarely I had any questions because communication was detailed verbally and written so that I could go back and reference. The app was user friendly and nice to quickly reference. The property (Eolus 526) we stayed at was as described and meant my families needs. It was clean, updated, and well maintained. The Eolus building itself however is much older. Location was convenient to access everything on Purgatory Resort and having a designated parking spot was helpful.

The condo was great! It was steps away from the main lift and the views were amazing. The unit comes with a parking spot that makes loading and unloading a breeze. The unit is also larger than it appears in the photos and was perfert for our group.

We loved the property Eolus it was quieter than staying at Kendall or the other buildings. Our studio was perfect for our family of 3. We were pleasantly surprised the unit was a little larger than we anticipated. We really loved our patio which had beautiful views of the mountains and the ski slope. The bed and pull out couch was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. We loved that there was a pool and Jacuzzi in the Eolus Building. We also loved the covered parking with our own parking space the property had luggage carts to carry all you stuff to/from the unit to the parking garage. We enjoy the Purgatory had a variety of activities including the Inferno, paddleboarding and taking the ski lifts up into the mountain and hike around. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable place with amazing views. There is only a stove top, not an oven which made a frozen pizza difficult. Also, the freezer didn't keep ice cream frozen and there is no ice or icemaker in the building. But, otherwise, the space is very nice and the location is great!

We have stayed in this building and this type of unit before and it is walking distance to to the lifts and the village area. The unit itself is perfect size for my wife and I and would be OK for a family of four or four really good friends as the space may be tight. The unit was very clean and Katy made us feel very welcome. The only suggestion I have for the owners is the kitchen needs a pair of cooking tongs and a can opener. We will stay here again

Renting went totally smooth. I was given all information and direction perfectly. Keith Brant was always available for any questions.
Our only surprise was that there was only a pull-out bed from the wall for my husband and I. It would have been a lot easier to deal with if the privacy wall wasn't broken. Some privacy from our children is important to us! The pull out couch would only work for small children, as well. Overall, one still can't help but be happy in this place!

Deanna, thanks so much for your visit! For future renters, we just want to acknowledge that this is a studio, so there is only one bed and a sleeper, just as it's described in the listing. Location was perfect with easy access to slopes, covered parking and equipped so that we never had to leave the resort in our 3 night stay. The small space is well designed so that one adult and 3 twelve year old boys never felt cramped when the Murphy bed was raised and the pull-out sofa bed was closed. We had a maintenance issue, but the response was immediate and solution occurred within 90 minutes. Very pleased and would recommend!

My husband and I wanted to get away for the 4th of July and this was the perfect place to go! Reasonable prices with so many amenities (dining, shopping, entertainment) right outside our door. The place was very clean--had everything we needed for our stay. The murphy bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with it.I would highly recommend staying at Eolus 526!

Was in town for the Iron Horse bike ride and this was a great spot in between the start and finish. Quiet and peaceful. Was a little disappointed that the mountain was open for the summer since it was Memorial Day weekend, but it was nice to relax. A little concerned that the cleaning crew came in to clean and left all the doors unlocked, but the property manager followed up quickly.

The property was just like we expected, Awesome!! We enjoyed coffee on the patio overlooking the mountains and the ski runs, it was beautiful! It was stocked with everything we needed, it was a treat to have firewood, right there! We did bring an ax to create kindling for starting the fire. We slept well in the Murphy Bed. OUR STAY WAS OK-----------WE HAD ASKED IF WE COULD PARK OUR SMALL BOAT THERE AND WASS TOLD THERE WAS A BIG LOT OUTSIDE---------NOBODY SAID THERE WAS ENOUGH ROOM IN THE GARAGE TO PARK 50 BOATS LIKE OURS----SO IT STAYED OUTSIDE-----I WOULD HAVE LIKED IT BY THE CAR

THE LITTLE CONDO WORKED OUT TO BE QUITE NICE AND WE WERE COMFORTABLE ENOUGH UNTIL THE HOT WATER WENT OUT BEFORE SHOWERS ON OUR LAST NIGHT------WE EVEN HAD SOME DISHES IN THE DISHWASHER BUT DID NOT RUN IT BECAUSE OF THE HOT WATER PROBLEM-------A COUPLE OF OUR STORAGE CONTAINERS WERE IN IT ALSO AND WE FORGOT TO GET THEM OUT--------------THE PLACE WAS CLEAN WE WOULD USE IT AGAIN --WE ARE FROM CANON CITY ,COLORADO

This was great and just big enough for 2 and maybe small children. I would suggest bringing an iron and ironing board because it doesn't have one which I thought was odd. Traveled along way and didn't think I would have to pack one. The views are unreliable and the Alpine slide is a must. Has a lot to do for the family. Would diffidently stay again. Murphy bed was pretty cool too but is was comfortable.

Convenience and location can't be beat. Gorgeous mountain view. Accomodated family of 4. We had an issue with the toilet, which the property management company promptly responded to and fixed. Walls are thin, however - very quiet and enjoyable until people in next condo checked in who were very loud and stayed up until the wee hours of the morning. Bring earplugs. Beds also not very comfortable, but do-able.

Location was great, price was fair for spring break. Size was fine for 2 people, would be crowded with 4. Covered Parking was nice. No dealings with mgmt company during stay, but were very responsive upon booking. Only suggestion is beds could be updated. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay right on the resort! Our condo was cozy and perfect for our small family. We only have one child and he loved sleeping in the hide a bed sofa. We slept in the Murphy bed which was rather lumpy but I didn't expect a sleep number bed to be folded up into a wall. It also tilts down at the head of the bed so I had acid reflux every night. Other than not getting any good sleep the stay was fantastic. the view from the condo was magnificent! We could see the slopes, the lifts, the resort, the sunrise, the sunset, mountains, it was beautiful on the patio. We didn't realize though that there wasn't a place for ice so take an ice chest, the condo does not provide you with it. Overall it was a good stay but next time I will stay in a condo with a queen bed and not a Murphy.

Thanks for your feedback. We replaced the mattress for the Murphy bed in 2014 and have had no complaints since replacement. We also tested the bed after departure and it was flat. Not sure if it was not put down properly? And yes, as is typical with studios, the fridge is small with a very small freezer compartment, so bringing a cooler of ice is a great suggestion.

My recent stay in Durango was outstanding due to great weather and snow. I have stayed in this building before and find the studios to be perfect for my needs. The only complaint that I have is the cost of cleaning. I was there for 2 nights and paid $80 for cleaning. I was required to take out my own trash, clean the dishes, and wash the towels. There was very little "cleaning" that needed to be done, therefore making this charge excessive.

Thanks for your feedback. The $80 cleaning fee is standard for a studio. And whether the stay is one night or 7 nights, the same amount of laundry and cleaning is required. You are not required to wash towels upon departure, but simply put a load in the washer when you depart.

Excellent studio condo, great view of the slopes. Comfortable pull down bed, we were worried about that but we slept very well. Washer and dryer in the unit was great. Very clean and well maintained. Maybe 30 steps to the lift, truly ski-in/out. Super convienient parking under the building so you do not have to clean snow off your car before you head out. Highly recommend.

The unit was larger than the photos depict. Very clean and close to EVERYTHING! Nice view, comfortable furnishings. Was surprised that there was no shampoo. I thought I read that there was shampoo, etc. provided. It worked out great for us! The lock to get in was tricky the first time. Wood was provided in a locker by the pool, but also hard to get into (tricky lock). Luggage carts from the parking lot were a nice way to move in. Would recommend to all and hope to use again.

We are so pleased with our stay. From booking to check-in to check-out, everything was so smooth. I received email communication with every detail we would need. I got a call from Keith confirming everything. When we arrived, the condo was just as described and perfect for 3 of us. The Durango Mountain Resort had so many activities, shops and restaurants. All of the staff was so kind and willing to assist.

Had we been advised that the condo was not adequately stocked with toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival, we would have immediately brought these items to the condo.
