This was a wonderful condo in Purgatory. Perfect location for the 4x4 off highway trail getaway that my husband and I had wanted to do for the longest time. Right between Durango and Silverton, so we were able to visit each town as well as Ouray and take in all the beautiful scenery. The condo was super clean and beautifully updated. Also, a great view of the surrounding area and we could watch some uphill bike racing from the balcony! Would definitely stay again, and the owner/managers were great as well!

It was great to stay @ the resort and to be able to come in for lunch everyday. The condo was comfortable and accommodated our party of 5. Make sure to bring your own extras of TP and paper towels!

We have stayed at Purgatory many times. This was our first at Eolus. It was the best experience we had. Any questions we had were answered by email within minutes. I have never experienced such quick responses. The condo was great. Perfect ski in ski out access. We would definitely stay there again.

We very much enjoyed our late summer stay in this cozy little unit with awesome views! We cooked every day, and had what we needed in the kitchen. One note, we struggled with the front door, unlocking and locking, but works fine if you pull on it (from outside) a little when trying to unlock.

Awesome weekend! Would do this again in a heart beat. This rental was just what we needed. Covered parking, steps from the snow and a jacuzzi for relaxing at the end of the day. We had a fantastic time and this rental made it an awesome experience.

Condo was excellent. Our grandchildren loved the resort. They really enjoyed the activities..Bungee jumping/trampoline and the Alpine Slide. There were other activities too, but the grand kids were hooked on these two. They also made good use of the swimming pool and the slide.The surrounding views were awesome. We hope to come back another time! It was a great vacation destination!!

Awesome resort pretty nice condo with views to die for, The fire alarm for the whole building went off 3 times during our stay, never a good time. But Premier took care off the issue by crediting our stay with a free night, greatly appreciated....Yes would stay there again...Thx

Perfect location. We love purgatory and the condo was convenient. Beds slept nice and the showers are clean. Housekeeping could be better. All the bulbs in the lamps were burnt out, and the blankets need replaced. Other than that, I would recommend the condo.

Paul, Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review and for your stay!! We're certainly sorry there were a couple of issues you encountered. We've followed up with our housekeeper and all the lightbulbs were recently replaced (there were four bulbs out, which is way too many and too much of an oversight). My family of 5 enjoyed this unit for 5 nights. The location was great, just walk down the stairs and pop on your skis. We liked our the ski school was just outside our door. The until was well equipped and very spacious. The hot tub was broken for 2 days during our stay, but Keith worked with us to find an alternative.

This was our first trip to Purgatory and we will be headed back soon.

Great spot, great place. Located at the base of Purgatory Ski Resort. Walk right into the Village at the base. Clean, a little outdated. Great views.

Swimming pool was COLD - in the 60's -
...and a couple of more rolls of toilet paper would have been nice.

Condo was fine - clean and comfortable, well-furnished. Visit was tarnished when my wife broke her leg at start of second day, so overall experience wasn't positive. But that's not your fault!

Ideal location for family to access the mountain in the morning and lunch. The layout of the master bathroom requires some body control to get into the smaller size. The layout of a kids room with two bunk beds and the master worked well for us. Kitchen and dining area flowed together and worked for our family of six. Only two spoons were in the drawer,but that was quickly corrected. We'd stay there again.

Stayed in this Condo Jan 8th-13th 2015. Loved it. Much nicer than the pictures show. Condo has been updated nicely and was very clean. Stocked with all of the essentials and then some. Owners were very easy to work with and responded to all of my questions very quickly. I would highly recommend this Condo anyone wanting to stay on the mountain. Lifts are just steps from the Condo. You would have to camp on the slopes to get any closer. We will ,without a doubt, be coming back to this Condo.

When we arrived, there were wet towels in the washer that had soured. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The rest of the condo was in pretty good condition. What little interaction we had with the staff was less than desirable. They have no personality. Vacationing in not just about the scenery, it's about the amenities and service.

We were there for a granddaughter's wedding on the back side of the mountain. Ample space for 5 adults & 2 kiddos. It didn't have a couple of things but we mad do.

We are repeat guests at this wonderful condo. We brought our teenage son and three of his friends on a holiday weekend snowboarding trip. The ski-in/ski-out location was perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, the boys loved the steam shower, and the reservation process was seamless.

Access to hot tubs was restricted due to garage area maintenance pretty much all week. Never did find firewood supply. Instructions regarding garbage disposal were contradictory. Some amenities in the unit were inoperable. Heater in mud-room, steam unit in shower #2. Great location. A little neglected. Comfortable & easy. Ski in/ski out is the way to go.
