–Good to Know–

• This home is pet-friendly: maximum of 2 dogs, $40/day (max $250 per stay)

• Driveway is very steep and narrow

• Driveway cannot accommodate trailers, contact Hayden Marina for overnight parking (fee's may apply)

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

wonderful place

Loved this rental on Hayden lake, great for easy access to the water, boat stayed safe and secure in the dock. All am amenities provided, very comfortable. There was no AC which was hard on a week with temps in the upper 90's, lots of shade around the cabin which is nice. Caught tons of smaller fish off the dock, kids haven. Only challenge was the beds, spring mattresses felt lots of movement.

Amazing. Relaxing. Peaceful. Perfect Getaway!

We stayed for 5 nights (2 adults and 2 young kids). We had ample space as the layout of the cabin was perfect. The location is ideal - close enough to things but gives you the feeling of being far away. The views are better than the pictures show and it was delightful being able to spend the mornings and evenings on the deck and the dock. The management company was easy to work with and very accessible and helpful. We loved every minute of our stay and cannot recommend it enough. We would love to go back!

A perfect getaway!

Beautiful cabin feel. Very clean. It was the perfect getaway for the family. We caught some nice pike, bass, & catfish from the dock.
