• Guests are welcome to park up to one vehicle in the garage. The owner has their vehicle parked on the right side of the garage. Guests are welcome to park up to two regular-size vehicles along the side of the road, beyond the cross street. Please Do Not park any vehicles in front of the home along the sidewalk or your vehicle will be towed, as there is not enough room for vehicles to pass.

• Guests are welcome to utilize the garage remote located on the counter, please ensure the remote is returned upon your departure.

• No trailers UTV's or RV's allowed.

• As with most properties in the area, this home does not have air

Construction is underway next to the lower outdoor courtyard. The project is in the excavation phase and a completion date has not yet been determined.

ABOUT THE AREA

Nestled in the San Juan Gateway mountain range, Ouray offers year-round outdoor activities. In the spring, summer and fall months visitors enjoy riding UTV's, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions and fishing. The free summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park every Thursday evening in June and Hartwell Park in Ridgway every Thursday evening in July are not to be missed!

Cancellation Policy: A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking. This $300 deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
