• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense*
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the lake views, eagles flying and the easy access to the water. Those were definitely the highlights of the property.
Unfortunately, several issues affected our experience. There was ongoing road work and construction on nearby homes throughout our entire stay, with work beginning around 6:00 a.m. each morning. One day, jackhammering continued for most of the day, and the noise echoed across the bay. This significantly impacted the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere we had expected.
There are also a few things that could be improved inside the home. The listing indicated there was a dishwasher, but there wasn't one, which was disappointing since we planned meals assuming it would be available. The kitchen did not have cloth dish towels, and there was no indoor broom, making it difficult to clean up during our stay. The shower was quite small, with only enough shelf space for a single bottle of shampoo or soap, and a bath mat would also be a helpful addition.
Overall, we appreciated the opportunity to stay here. The lake access and view make this a special property, and with a few changes, it would provide an even better experience for future guests.
