Updated Condo in the Historic Jarvis Building - Downtown Durango - AC

Loved this place! Very close walk to Main St. Walking distance to everything you could need! Surprised to see it had a full size stove/oven. Would definitely recommend and return!

Perfect location, 10 minute walk to the train station and right in the middle of Durango city center. This apartment was great size for 2 people. Large kitchen so we could comfortably prepare our own meals. Check in/ out was very easy and seamless. Also provided toiletries which was a nice surprise!

This is a perfect place to stay for 2 people, a half block from historic downtown Durango. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Parking is convenient right across the street from the condo. It's in an old building so not perfect but we would definitely stay here again. Also about 6 blocks from the Durango/Silverton train station. Highly recommend doing the half-day train ride. Also, the check-in instructions weren't super clear. The condo entrance is on 10th street under the smaller awning to the right of the main awning. Parking spot is across the street from the condo on the corner near the train tracks.

Great condo and perfect location—easy to walk or bike to everything in town, and close to many trail systems and the bike path. Easy walk to City Market and all the downtown restaurants/shops.
